Re: Loan Note Conversion Sorry appealing!

Re: Loan Note Conversion Could it be that Bergen converted the Loan of £160,000 made in March 2014 ( share price was .9p) into shares now at a price of 3.1 per share. They must be looking at a paper loss of £53,000 at todays share price. They must have done their research are they going to sit it out?Or are they the seller? Knowing they stand no hope of having the loan repaid by income anytime in the near future or ever? And the conversion was the most appalling way to divest?

Re: Loan Note Conversion Basically that's it. The loan, previously made to the company, is converted into shares. Trouble is this makes the number of shares in issue go up. Ie the latest issue means we are just a fraction short of 3bn !Consolidation if it happens would mean we all have less shares but the value of our holding will be the same. (Until market forces move the value up or down)Don't think the market thinks much of this latest announcement. Clearly CFU need partners to help them move forward (and more orders!)Regrrds, TP

Loan Note Conversion Does this conversion mean Bergen give CFU say £160,000 for example and they get shares for this? If this is the case then they must have some confidence in CFU or is there an alternative reason? Also Are CFU able to do a Share Consolidation to make the SP more attractive and would this need to be agreed with BergenThanks

Re: Quarterly update due Surely drop is cause by conversion of loan note and thus dilution to overall share capital? If you were a creditor would you convert your loan note into share unless you though the company was a going concern??Question is how much was the loan value? And will the trust thoughts?

Quarterly update due The quarterly update is due on Friday at the latest, the share price falling indicates the market is expecting the end of CFU (as a public company) in the next few days/weeks.Flip of a coin job as to whether CFU is going to survive.IMHO DYOR NAI

BRR Interview with Bob Kennett [link]

High Volume trading Something happening here, over 34 million shares traded on Tuesday 20th on day CFU announce the fuel stacks will now last for up to 7 years.Still nip and tuck as to whether CFU will survive, not many new installs showing on bluegen.net but this is the winter and the quiet period where customers do not want disruption in the cold weather. Urgently need some volume orders and some cash up front.CFU looking for stack life of 10 years before end of 2015 and a modulating version that will be easily integrated with a local smart grid, eg when sunny and solar power high turn bluegnen down, if cold no sun, no wind (for turbines) turn bluegen to full power.Bluegens linked to smartgrids and integrated units in new build housing are the key to CFU riches. CEO also hints at potential orders for larger units in recent interviews. Will this happen before CFU goes bust?IMHO DYOR NAI

RNS - Improved stack life Good news, hope it lifts the sp a bit ! TP

iPower Bluegens See article below this is where the iPower Bluegens are heading. Scope for a lot more installs in Scotland. Now need more of the same in the rest of the UK.[link]

RNS More good news CFUs core market is Germany and the Federal government has now upped the incentive/subsidy for Bluegen mCHP units to 3792 euros an increase of 2225 euro on the previous incentive. With other Federal, State, local and utility company incentives there may be a total subsidy of 11376 euros available in some states of Germany. With a good distribution network in Germany already I can see sales increasing rapidly now, we may even get a bulk order that could really grab the headlines.Great start to 2015 for CFU, now lets get the next bulk order from the UK, and perhaps something from E.on in Germany.Starting to look promising at lastIMHO DYOR NAI

First news announced RNS today confirms receipt of £350,000 as deposit for the 65 Bluegens for iPower. Very good news that the money has arrived and the deployment will now start. I hope we now see another bulk order for 100+ units in the next four to six weeks from another company. Still a struggle to survive but lets have that next bulk order to keep the production line going.I am hopeful that 2015 will be a good year for CFUDYOR IMHO
