Re: RNS reverse takeover! M - well lets just hope this is a great move for BOOM - it is certainly an audacious and brave move - I will watch with interest to see how well she does! I hope you and all other holders see great returns with this baby! ATB

Re: RNS reverse takeover! Yes a lot depends on the share consolidation relative to the market cap of the new company. Until we know more it’s difficult to say other than the BOD clearly think it’s a fantastic opportunity. So all in all a good move until we hear more I guess. The benchmark level price for this share was always 6p so I’d like to see an equal return to that as a minimum on readmission.

Re: RNS reverse takeover! Very unexpected turn of events, so we will go from having a market capital of £30 million to £180 million via a massive placing and become a profitable company over night, where the podcast side now only accounts for 15% of the business!

RNS reverse takeover! That’s a shock! Just have to digest the report before commenting further.

Re: Up again by 8% BOOM were featured in the Mail financial section on Saturday."Podcast platform Audioboom rose 8.9 per cent, or 0.28p, to 3.35p after winning a multi-year contract to host crime podcast Casefile.Casefile has generated a legion of fans through its podcasts about true crimes. Its mini-series on Yorkshire Ripper Peter Sutcliffe was downloaded 5.8m times while its series covering the Moors Murders was downloaded more than 1m times in four days.Rob Proctor, chief executive of Audioboom, said: 'I am confident Casefile will act as a further catalyst to our growth in attracting the best podcasts and help to accelerate our revenues.'This is important because it marks the start of a concerted strategy to attract the top global podcasts, both from a commercial perspective and listener reach."thanks to 'gregallder' on LSE for the link... Re: BOOM I sold today. The way the market usually works, I think the lack of cash outweighs the progress. I might get back in if they ever look OK for cash.OFF TOPIC - One Media [link] looks interesting, a tiny company with big-shots getting on board. (I'm long OMIP but don't hold much.)

Re: Computer error!! If they hit 10p I will get my driver and come all the way to Bath from Yorkshire to drink your tipple.Still I notice these are ever so slowly creeping back up. If I did not have so many I would be adding here. Even I have started listening to Audioboom podcasts and thats saying something.

Re: Today's update ArbormanJust seen your question- sorry, don't follow this board closely as I'm still on the sidelines.Nope I haven't taken the plunge yet on Boom, partly cos of my own uncertainty (and expectations it will do a fund raise) but also its large spread and relatively low liquidity. It's done well tho so well done.however I added to my IQE at 112 in September ( averaging UP my holding price to sub 100p) and with it having touched 180p recently and looking seriously exciting, with a very tight spread, very well capitalised and a genuine global opportunity I don't feel too bad!!Still keeping an eye on Boom tho.
