I wish LJC would stop ranting and damaging the share price....he seems to have completely lost the plot...LJC is a great one for heckling..and where is Raz toot toot? I hope the bmrwatch committee aren't still listening to this gentleman

you will never know if AIM Regulation or the FCA re taking action because they work in complete secrecy with zero accountability. But beware - AIM Regulation are likley to fine the company for any wrong doing - not the directors...let me reiterate that: AIM Regulation fine the company - shareholders lose again and directors are not materially impacted..so we must consider going to law with private actions - maybe a class action suit if we can drum up enough people to get on board..i'd suggest that BMRWatch lead the charge - but they are too worried about upsetting LJC and Valencia to be much more use than the pope's balls...or ed balls

Oh dear...what dare I say without Valencia accusing me of running the share price down...really!! So after being damaged by MA - now comes the deep professional butchery from AB. There are no heroes on AIM. The business has been zero based. Holders (long-term or short term ) are about to be savaged. The question is how do PIs recover investments fraudulently presented by MA and his associates. In the first instance, everyone should write to AIM Regulation, FCA & Action Fraud - the more noise made the more likely we are to generate action. Second, i will be discussing legal remedies with Herbert Smith and will update on here in due course. Meanwhile i have posted the addresses for Alikhani & Carr...we might like to start sending fan mail

one more thing...Harry from HERBERT SMITH has just got back in touch...he had been checking all the names to make sure if instructed they could act against them...good news - no conflicts..i will set up a meeting once i have the prelims and discuss way forwards...I would invite BMRWatch members to collaborate but Laffer & crew will probably need to worry themselves silly about talking to a lawyer...
