Re: 1,076,024,650 Ordinary Shares in issue Best you stay out then Mol if you don't understand the numbers which incidentally are stunning.

missmolly 17 May 2018

1,076,024,650 Ordinary Shares in issue Isn't this a weirdly huge number?maybe the reason for the recent slide in SP?I'm out after losing a few hundred but still interestedI don't pretend to understand the numbers but the products/future all looked goodSo I'd be grateful of an explanation on the share numbers if possible and any other comments.needs must I'm only chasing winners right nowmm

missmolly 12 May 2018

Where now for the SP? Any info anyone?mm

chester1 10 May 2018

A wealth of information for new and existing shareholders [link]

missmolly 09 May 2018

Lots of big trades today I don't often look at the trades, but did today and was very impressed by the number of 20k plus trades, usually a very good sign for the SP in the short term. And the volume is consistently large. And lots of good news. What's not to like.mm

Re: Marginally off topic .... our Afritin of... Yes Eco.. Like you am looking forward to the tin flowing.I trebled my free shares in the low 2'sI was also pleased to see BMN retain a 15% stak

Ecologist 09 May 2018

Marginally off topic .... our Afritin offshoot We all received shares in Afritin when it demerged from BMN a few months ago. Has anyone here been following recent events?First tin production probably before the end of this year and there is cash in the bank. The market is waking up and starting to appreciate the company with sp up over 50% recently. I can see this going a lot higher, especially once tin begins to be produced. From what i understand, tin supply is having trouble in keeping up with demand.

Coming shortly Comments from a very high level investor.Firstly, last week’s webinar confirmed our thoughts on the future of the FeV price. Demand/supply forecasts show that it is going to be a very favourable period for all vanadium producers over the next few years. The supply shortage is set to continue; there will be growing vanadium demand and only limited new supply coming on line, mainly through our own expansion and from Largo’s expansion. Therefore the FeV price will remain very strong throughout this period and from a starting point of around $70 to $75 per kg, any bounce will be very positive for both BMN’s profits and therefore it’s share price. Secondly, we know that Phase 3 of the Vametco expansion is underway and is likely to be finished ahead of schedule, taking our production to over 5,000 tonnes pa.Thirdly, the planned Sojitz buyout will take our Vametco share to 74%. Buying out Sojitz and producing 5,000 tonnes pa at an average FeV price of $75, gives Bushveld profits after tax of £95m, giving a forward PE of just 2.61, at the current share price of 23.2p. With our incredible growth prospects, I think it is easy to justify a PE of at least 15. That would give us a share price based on those figures of £1.33 later next year. The FeV price almost certainly has further to rise from its current levels, increasing our profits and therefore our share price even further. Also, bear in mind that this valuation only takes into account our share of Vametco. We also have so much more to come. In no particular order...Mokopane mining licence (imminent). Details of Mokopane early revenue generation. Brits vanadium resource news. Bushveld Energy contracts/progress.Electrolyte production news.Eskom VRFBs. Potential brownfield addition. Imaloto coal. etc! It’s been said many times before, Vametco is definitely just the launchpad.Bring on £1 and beyond!DYOR of course’

Re: Call today I imagine that they will upload it to the website, so will have a listen when they do.

Re: Call today The call was excellent. So many positives its unable to cover everything. For me it was the word of Fortune on the progress slide "Mokopane" it will happen once the mining rights granted. Mikhael also presented VRBs update and the stunning future for SA as well as the need to supply China.Mind blowing and this will send the shareprice rocketing once the RNS comes. Expect it certainly in the near term. First started in 2015 and usually takes SA up to 3 years to grant. One great problem to have - we may not be able to produce and enough of Vanadium to feed the VRBs as well as steel - now what do you think that will mean to the price of Vanadium? A Perfect storm

fish lips 03 May 2018

Call today Unfortunately I can't make the call today. Think this might generate more interest and put more upward pressure on the SP. Things are certainly looking really good and to think I nearly took some profits at 10p. GLA FL

Re: Perfect storm coming Since the RNS on 21 Dec 2017 announcing completion of the acquisition, BMN owns 59.1% of Vametco mine and vanadium production plant. That makes BMN one of only 3 primary producers of Vanadium outside of China.Vametco production cost 2017: $16.6 kg V or $16,600 per metric tonne vanadium (mtV)Price Vanadium (end January 2018): $60 kgV or $60,000 mtVCurrent production rate: 3,035 mtV paExpected production costs decrease: 7% through economies of scaleProduction rate by June 2018: 3,750 mtV paProduction guidance for 2018: 3,680 mtV (3,050 mtV Nitrovan, 630mtV FeV)At a vanadium price of $60 kgV (ed. $60,000 mtV) the CEO recently stated that the Vametco plant is capable of generating an Ebitda of $150 million in 2018 !!!!!!!!!!Remember 59% owned by BMN Bushveld Minerals.Since CEO made that statement I believe the price of vanadium risen to around $70 kgV. ($70,000 mtV). That suggests to me that Ebitda could be significantly higher than the CEO assumed due to the fast rising price of vanadium.Production rate by 2019: 5,000 mtV or more pa (that is a nearly 40% increase in production from the start of 2018 and 33% increase beyond the June 2018 target rate!)One further point. It is my understanding that Vametco's patented product Nitrovan attracts a 5% premium to the price of vanadium. The sources of this information are either RNS, BMN Presentation or Interview. Opinions are just my own. Links to sources:[link] also have Michael Kirkwood recently appointed to the BoD, a highly experienced former international banker. Read about him here:[link] we now have experienced ii's on board via the recent placing for £15 million. So the company is well funded to move this very exciting vanadium story forward. There is some speculation that BMN may be negotiating to acquire Sojitz' 15% of Vametco, which if true would take BMN share to 74%.2018 may also bring news on the Mokopane vanadium project, the Brits vanadium project, electrolyte production plant, a brown field development and further progress on the Madagascar coal to power project. In my opinion a great time to be in BMN as the market appears to be awakening to the idea that BMN is very very undervalued.

Re: Perfect storm coming I Can confirm you are telling the truth, because I did one third of my Sxx into BMNAt the same time. I will wait until they are the same price and buy a few SSX back.Note I say a few. Well done Q ink.
