Re: What is happening? Haven't you read yesterday's profit warning...?The downward trend started when the last 2 acquisitions contained unusual earn-out terms (based on revenue or contract win criteria as opposed to future profit targets) followed by some debatable add-backs to justify a profit fall in the latest results. Frequent change of advisers is never a good sign either...

What is happening? Bilby's SP seems to be in free fall.Fortunately I sold half my holding (bought at 96p) at £1.53 in January, so I can't lose money unless the SP goes below 40p. But at the current rate of decline, this won't take long! What is happening?

Well.... ...what's going on here then?

Trading update Largely positive, but the market seems to have seized on the negative (P&R result likely to be below expectations) and pushed the SP down. A buying opportunity, perhaps?

Re: Big rise today It was tipped by Farady research as a buy, which may explain the rise today.

Brown Bull 10 Sep 2015
