Re: Agree this is a BUY I bought BHY for first time on 22 Sep at 200p. One of 5 new companies I bought with proceeds from ARM. So far MCRO my largest of the 5 purchases bought on 21 Sep has performed best at +5.7% on gross purchase price. BHY -1.7% on gross purchase cost. I am confident BHY will come good.

Agree this is a BUY On the last results and the catalyst, possibly, of help for housing and spending on infrastructure in the government's up-coming Autumn Statement. It is especially well placed to take advantage of any 'Northern Powerhouse' government cash, having a very good name in the north of England for over a century.I was going to buy this morning, but don't want to pay over 200p, so have set a limit order for a first tranche. I would pay a few pence more, but, I'm fast losing trust in this government, if I ever had any, of it doing what might be expected of it or even anything very sensible. It would be a strong buy if I could trust previous government rhetoric - also input cost inflation looks set to be rising sharply and I'm not sure about existing contracts and prices they are tied into. Happy to look that over while having a single tranche under my belt.

Re: 20% upside says Stockwatch Boot shares, which I hold, are good value at only a smallish premium to book NAV as these assets should realise substantial future profits and as the company continues to find new opportunities in addition. However I think a major re-rating of the shares as indicated by these analysts is unlikely until we get a greater idea of how the housing & commercial property market is going to progress over the next year or so.

Should be higher by results. With results coming up soon and the board commenting in June------"the Board now anticipates that profit before tax for the year ending 31 December 2016 will be comfortably ahead of current market expectations."Price has been knocked back unfairly and due a big bounce in my view-has also been tipped by IC I see to go quite a bit higher.

Re: Outlook As long as residential building industry remains busy we should continue to do well as we act essentially as "land wholesalers" buying land and working though the often long winded planning process. As ever it is buying at the right price that gives us an eventual good margin.I have been a shareholder here since 2003.......
