Re: Is this the day of reckoning? Good timing LOSA, beat me to it.Yes very interesting day ahead tomorrow for me anything else you want to add on below....As a long term patient shareholder I am wondering when the company is going to update the market on the following and what can I expect as we have a lot out of date figures and data. In a nutshell all we have had is a presentation on the 10th Feb 2014, data in that presentation was from PFS dated March 2013 and updated June 2013 Putting things quite simply which no doubt the market SP of 4p also indicates, a long time has passed since there has been any form of project update or broker reports or in general full project updates. What has been done about the $1.14bn CAPEX, when can we expect to receive any new updates on figures. What has been done about the $225/t FOB or $159 with FeV credit. Has this changed with all the testing that has been done and when can we expect to see some new figures. Obviously this should have altered with the MOU`s that from the presentation for Port,Rail,Power were expected to be signed with the government last year. When will a coal MOU be produced to the market which obviously has a big impact on the potential updated OPEX Standard Chartered bank were engaged in June 2013, what have they done? IFC owe the company $1.2m where has this gone, what has happened and why are the company needing bridging loans from AMED Thanks to AMED for the bridging loan but how long will it last and when will the company run out of money again, what is the current cash burn? How does the company intend on paying back the AMED loan or how does the company intend on funding delivery of the DFS , using the ELF facility (information needed) at what SP would they use it at? How does the company intend on funding its costs during construction of the project, estimated at 2 years? With the new broker what advice has been taken to deliver a much higher SP than the current one from the broker reports last year, or where they too high and are we are over estimating the potential in this project. Jeremy Dowler has 9m, AMED have lots of faith in shares and many more private investors here have 2m+ shares. Does the MD and FD not think that it potentially a good time to buy in the market now at this current price.Anyone else feel free to chip in but yes I shall be taking notes and will no doubt post on Friday when I get back from LondonWould be interested if anyone else will be attending?Cheers

Re: What a miserable share price : Liquidati... Bobby,There's nothing wrong with AIM. It's investing stratergies that need looking at! Bulletin boards are for luvvies where everyone pat's each other on the back getting the confirmation bias so well entrenched that the idea of a "stop-loss" or "cut and run" is precluded from rational thought.Online you'll find the Extraordinary Madness of Crowds which is worth scouring.I have felt your pain. I have done the stupid things. I have recovered and you will as well.Start up miners, who have worlld class assets are always speculative. They only ever form 10% of my portfolio!I wish you well.

Re: Beginning to look like a DOG Your not wrong there with AIM, 2014 has not been the quickest of years in Baobabs case, 2015 should be much better with the conclusion of this stage of the project. No doubt there will be another opportunity to `make` on another `spike` as still a long way ahead until production. IMO Good news is coming but yes how will the market react, just wait until end of Jan before making a decision. It could be your best investment (although long term) yet

Re: Beginning to look like a DOG Bobby2812, Happy New Year, how about you hang on at least another month until the AGM. IMO news is due before then that should enlighten everything about the project as a whole and update all the old information.IMO it should be worth the wait but I have not got a clue as to how the market will react, at least it should spell out the direction and what is going to happen over the next 6 months.

Bobby2812 30 Dec 2014

Beginning to look like a DOG I was hoping this share would pay off. Gone from 20p to 4.5p and a dim lookout, time to bail and take the loss I think. Will be watching this very closely as the Scu* have almost certainly ruined another company here. Is there any news due that could drive the SP up the way? If so, what and when?

Re: Chinese contractors How will the Chinese invest? Will thay take a handful of shares? Will they buy the whole enchilada? Sadly, with no hope of going it alone BAO need someone with deep pockets. The share-holders have done their bit but are they to be rewarded?

Richi1414 23 Dec 2014

Chinese contractors Maybe this is a little cheer for 2015 [link]
