Re: Gutted Well done all, it is good to realise a profit at some point and Vin has decided that this is the point - and she is the best one to judge.This is like Quindell in reverse - Vin has built two great business with solid cashflow and growth and sold them. I suspect she thinks target company valuations are too high and is taking advantage by selling at a premium.I am sure she will do it a third time.JTT

Re: Gutted Yes it seems so. It is a vehicle to allow shareholders including management to realise the value of their shareholdings. Didint know about this organisation - the bidding one - but it is BIG!

Re: Gutted Me too! Have had this share since Sept 2008 and was looking forward to a continuing relationship - yes I know, you should never fall in love with a share but this one was fully justified. As you said though Jake - we shouldn't be greedy and it's good that the offer seems to be all cash too.

Re: Gutted Even more gutted in that when ASW first came to my attention they were 90p. Been monitoring and waiting for a buying opportunity!! Not one of my better calls.

Gutted Shouldnt be greedy but I was gutted to see this today.This was a long term one for me but it would appear to be a done deal.What will Vin Murria do next because I am in. Jake
