No Link to Today's RNS Shares previously suspended have now been cancelled and will not be traded on the AIM market from 7.00 am today.Looks like it is all over bar the shouting........

Re: Any one still holding ASA shares? No,I didn't authorise my shares to be sold either but my holding was so small I'm glad I didn't have to pay a dealing charge. May take it up with them anyway as to why they didn't get my authorisation.

Re: Any one still holding ASA shares? Yes I got 2.1p per share but did not authorise the sale in the first place. Currently in big dispute with my nominees, Alliance Trust. Have initially requested that the y ask for my shares back (money refunded, of course) and indicated that I will be claiming any potential further loss from them via appropriate channels. Hey ho.....!

Re: Any one still holding ASA shares? There are international arrest warrants out for the two Chinamen who, allegedly, waltzed off with the company cash. This still has a long way to run and the legality of the "takeover" is still under discussion too.

Any one still holding ASA shares? When do you think we may hear the Administrators final decision, hopefully a good offer for our shares or re-instatement of the company as a going concern with debts cleared?

Re: The Mail on Sunday This lowers the depth of AIM corruption to new levels (IMHO). I would suggest that if anyone has an idle moment over the festivities that you send a firnly worded email to the Takeover Panel. Details on their website.

Re: Check you still hold your shares..... I still have my ASA shares although I did Reject the offer rather than leave this to be the default.If taken, you should at least been given 2.1p a share. Did you get this?I would formally complain if sold without your acceptance of the offer..

Update My understanding is that the alternative offer is from a large quoted South African mining company who have the appropriate ownership complying to Zimbabwe legal restrictions. This is the administrator's favored acquirer.We'll see....
