How can anyone not believe there would be dilution. I sometimes wonder why people invest in mines, when they don't seem to realise how capital intensive it is to take a mine from being a prospect to a producing mine. Next year when the BFS comes out and the company needs to raise $200 Million for construction, does anyone really think there won't be more dilution? Of course there will!

Just Bought Pleased they have got the fund raise out of the way now, can hold with confidence ... Ebola subsiding in adjacent countries .... will get taken over within a year, Yaoure too good to resist, the longer a suitor leaves it the more the price will go up due to ongoing resource definition and approaching BFS.Hopefully, we're on to a winner here, eh Shuggle?! Haha.Good opportunity at just above placing price.

Re: Placing 16p Oh the joy of tiddlers. It was a miserable experience the past 5 years when the POG was rampant. It's just going to be worse from here on for PI's in tiddler resources. Expect more dilution with the institutions getting the spoils when it suits them.Take Algy's lead and walk away. I did eventually, thank goodness.

Placing 16p Placing almost completed (awaiting for shareholders approval) and with the cash in the bank (almost). The company is now ready for the next leg up. Top up time.

Re: Just Sold Placing just announced. No price given but it will probably dilute PI's by 30%.They need a worrying amount of working capital just to keep going. I can't see a point to get back in.

Re: Just Sold yes i got into AVM up 15% today For the record when gold was at $1800 AVM were over 200p so just shows what a bargain it is at 7p.

Re: Just Sold I think the 8p target was based on the POG falling to $950-$1000 but as we all know gold bottomed at around $1140 levels retested it again and has now started a new bull market.It was never going to go that low as average production costs were higher and a mass of physical buying below $1180 forced the price back up i expect AMA to retest 24-25p very soon.
