Re: Consider this!!! Dara, I sold out of AGTA at a heavy loss. I held on for too long and just don't like where this company is going any more. 2014 they had net assets of $50 million and approx $7 million cash in the bank. 2 years later and I can't believe how this money has been frittered away and now the company is valued around $3.5 million. Unbelievable and real shame as I loved the field to fork concept here. Maybe Zambeef are a better bet.

Consider this!!! I am a shareholder in Sable mining with the same management as AGTA and guess what they are delisting the company under the guise bad pubilcity and economic situation - they are effectively taking the company away from Shareholders. However, this is dressed up, it is the end as the majority of firms cease trading after adelisting which is a nice way shafting shareholders - shameful practice!!!!

Edmonds & co The Deceivers by Global Witness is an excellent report and an eye opener. [link] shareholders should read it and make up their own mind about edmonds, groves and the handlers in their multiple AIM listed ventures. The related party transactions in Agta have the smell of rotten fish on a summer's day. Any other shareholders out there?

Phil Edmonds Anyone else read the full page article on page 5 of yesterday's Times on Phil Edmonds? Not a good write up, implying corruption across Africa. Could this be why he stepped down as Chairman? Wish I'd never got involved in one of his companies....TTT
