Flandy, thanks for the link. It looks like we are between a rock and a hard place. I am inclined to vote no but I expect BOD have the 75% tied up. I had some beach resourses shares and we voted no. Lost money but satisfaction of CEO loosing his job.

I dont know how many of you have attended a company agm but in my experience it is the large investors ie pension funds etc who make the mos5 difference in influencing vote outcone
