FY Results Outstanding results as previewed in the Oct Trading update - which weirdly was followed by a drop from 1450 to ~1100p so who knows what this will bring, anyway that was a great top-up opportunity! H2 Revenue +51% PBT +78%/45% (reported/Adj) EPS +74% Strong order book, demand for track test products at all time high

H2 Pre Close Trading Update AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry, is pleased to provide a trading update in advance of the publication of its final results for the twelve months ended 31 August 2018. The Group has performed well through the year and the Board expects both revenue and profit before tax to significantly exceed market expectations. Tony Best, Chairman of AB Dynamics, commented: “I am very pleased to report that the Group has continued to perform well throughout the year with significant growth in turnover primarily resulting from increased sales of our track testing products which are used in the development and testing of semi-autonomous and fully autonomous vehicle technology.†Notice of Results AB Dynamics will announce its final results for the twelve months ended 31 August 2018 on Wednesday 14 November 2018. Back at £11 I’ve finally sold at 1260. Up seven-fold since I bought approx five years ago. Best performing share ever - how I wished I bought more… Good luck to those hanging in.

Re: Back at £11 Any ideas why it's back to its all time high again?I don't know but I'd say it's just the market keeping up with progress of the Company. The rise at the end of 2017 was a bit too far too fast so some profit taking was tempting and SP went through a period of consolidation, since when it has been rising more steadily, helped by great interims. Question now is can it push through resistance at the 1100p high? H2

Interims Excellent numbers (broadly in line with the FY forecasts which are excellent) . The board positive on the outlook. Market response was unsurprisingly positive and looks justified. H2"We are pleased to report that the forward order book provides a sales pipeline for the remainder of this financial year and into the next and we look forward to the full year with confidence."· Revenues increased 39% to £15.3m (H1 2017: £11.0m)· PBT increased 34% to £3.30m (H1 2017: £2.46m)· Cash flow from operating activities increased by £4m to £5.3m (H1 2017: £1.3m)· Diluted EPS increased 82% to 12.03p (H1 2017: 6.61p)

Trading Update TU well received by the market +6%. H2 "Revenues and operating profits (adjusted to add back share option charges) for the six months to 28 February 2018 are expected to be significantly ahead of the same period last year and in line with management expectations. The Group has seen a further increase in demand for its track testing products. A strong forward order book has secured a sales pipeline for the remainder of this financial year and into the next financial year. Director Sale SP taken a 5+% hit today, only news I can see which might explain this Mr & Mrs Rumble offload over 200k worth of ABDP on 19th at 932p. That's a fair chunk but then again they still hold 269k shares worth over 2m so hardly an indication of lack of faith in the business. We all need some readies now and again.The SP was recovering nicely from the dip in Jan/Feb and provided this doesn't keep falling it could well be a good top-up point.H2
