LESSONS NOT LEARNT 19 Dec 2016

Those chatting Bs be a realist Investors adhere to Kissinger view, that is realism pays profits, idealism makes losses. Those idealist investors prefer head chopping ISIS? or Al Nusra or Ethnic based Kurdish separatists. Realistically Putin is correct, there is no short term alternative to Assad, the alternative is Chaos . As an investor you should prefer order not chaos, those who do are shorters and wish to profit from chaos..thus no better than the ones who want order.Stop pretending investing is a game of charity. Assad killed so many, yeah but if he didnt ISIS would be chopping their heads off so between bad and worst, bad is better.

Re: Allepo 100% gov controlled I know that very well. Very very well, bhptuner. It was just a way to point to the never before seen crime where the Assad terror regime exterminated half a million his own people to crush down civilian protesters! People who merely demonstrated against corrupt alawite government.Very little complaints about anything from Great Britain. Interesting; probably all related to the important oil & gas industry.Enjoy your gains, bhptuner!---------- --------"...only had a small punt. have sold my last batch here after buying at 5.2p. Donated the profit into: [link] will rise at some points, but I am out." Johandesilva

Re: Allepo 49% gov controlled Huda Zein / Professor from Damaskus:"I think Putin and Russia is aware that what is currently happening in Aleppo is a mass murder. In Aleppo there was systematic destruction and massive and excessive bombing on civilians, infrastructure, hospitals, residential buildings. It recalls the Second World War. There are children who hide in the ruins because they have lost their parents. There are corpses in the streets, which can not be removed because of the bombings - women were raped by Assad militia. I know this not from media reports, but from friends and acquaintances from Aleppo. What Russia, Iran and the Assad regime make in Aleppo is a great crime against humanity. It is a decay of international politics and a black spot in the history of humanity."Q: Is not the main thing that the war ends?"The war will never be over as long as a criminal like Assad is in power. There is no peace with Assad. This regime was ready to put the whole country in ruins. It has taken into account that half of the population - twelve million people - were expelled from their homeland and made refugees, over half a million people were killed, the infrastructure of the country was totally destroyed and the society disintegrated. All this has been accepted by the regime in order to remain in power. The victory of such a regime can not possibly lead to peace. The victory of this regime is the victory of the new fascism in the 21st century."[link] your trading!

Re: Allepo 51% gov controlled Another joker on lse-uk:"Sanctions Will soon be lifted to rebuild the country they have to lift Sanctions so people can go back to normal life or fingers will be pointing at EU." shujjaYou can only hope that their doing explodes in their face! There is no way on earth that leading French or German politicians will negotiate with Assad terror regime after those war crimes. The ain focus is now on securing the independent (anti-Assad) regions, such as the large Kurdish territory. The Kurds control and actually own a large part of Syria.Assad alawite terror regime does not control "Syria", but only the large cities and their clan teritorry. Maybe chinese and iranian companies will be bidding to win contracts for reconstruction????? Well then: We can only hope that these utterly brutal war crimes explode in their face - and it will.

Re: Allepo 54% gov controlled A short little wrap up from Johnnygoodshare on lse-uk:"Syrian authorities have confirmed that the operation to evacuate people from the last rebel areas of Aleppo has started. Everything is ready for rebels and civilians to start leaving “at any moment,” an army official told the Associated Press on Thursday, amid reports that White Helmets volunteers had been shot at by snipers while preparing to move people, killing at least one person."---------- ---------- --------BACKTRANSLATION."The Syrian terror regime together with Iran fundamentalists confirmed that the operation to evacuate people from the last areas in Aleppo held by anti-assad protesters (generally named "rebels" by the Syrian minority regime) has started. After 350,000 Syrian civilians have been brutally slaughtered by the Assad regime and between 6-8 million civilians displaced and fled the country, everything is ready for anti-assad protesters and Syrian civilians to start leaving “at any moment,” an army and hizbolla official told the AP on Thursday, amid reports that White Helmets volunteers had been shot at by militia snipers (probably iranian) while preparing to move people, killing at least one person."That's 351,000 people brutally killed or gased by the Assad regime with Russian help. Thousands of women, children and even newborns killed in recent Aleppo bombings.Enjoy profit with Gulfsands? No thank you! Investing also has an ethical code.Anyway, each to their own!

Re: Allepo 59% gov controlled And now lets see how slaughterhouse regime plan to stabilize the provinces. As a bonus, the Kurds - with support from Europe and US - will declare their own region - independent from Assad (or Putin) regime.

Re: Allepo 100% gov controlled Oil was averaging $110 for Brent that year.I can't do the dilution maths on this as I would divide by much higher than yourself. There are at least these dilutive events:* Placing to raise approximately £1.5 million August 10th, 2016* Open Offer January 2016* US$22 million in July 31st, 2015I think I can compare this to be behind Genel in the valuations so sticking to 35p on post production. Like Genel both have back payments due and these are not factored in and would add significantly if paid in one chunk (not going to happen in one chunk).

bhptuner 13 Dec 2016

Re: Allepo 100% gov controlled Ahh but the war started in 2011 and it's share price was £2 So factor in dilution and £1

Johandesilva 13 Dec 2016

Re: Allepo 100% gov controlled "...then no reason for it not to go to £1+ "--Except the highest this has got before the war during high oil prices is an dilution adjusted price of 70p. So factor in the oil price and this could goto 35p on production.
