Re: stable now Disorder has ramped this one on at least a dozen website in last two days. Must be really worried he has over invested and could be loosing money on this, Ramp, ramp, ramp, beware! Never any relevant info for the BB he is ramping on!

Re: stable now The Syrian ceasefire seems to be holding and yes GPX has been stabilising over the last 2 weeks. In fact dare I say its beginning to strengthen and move upGPX has to be one of the cheapest shares available on the market having previously been taken down on the prolonged conflict.Own due diligence

stable now Stabilized now and a W-shaped recovery on the weekly chart.

Re: consolidation Very nice retrace indeed!Everything rolling back down to the long term support around 8p. Now where the hekk is mister Lessons not learnt? Come up with more peace talks please!!!!!The positive thing:GPX operates in Kurds-ONLY area, a huge territory in north-eastern Syria where Damascus has little say. People of newly formed Kurdistan (Iraq, Syria, Turkish) won't easily accept the Assad terror regime - nor Russian rule, who simply pursue pipeline projects.

Re: consolidation And another nice little dent!

Re: consolidation Nice consolidation. Maybe someone does not like The Donald?

rRomeo29 12 Jan 2017

consolidation Nice consolidation/stabilization after the hype of the past two weeks!! Looks like fewer and fewer people are willing to su ck on Assads teats New breakout only IF 11.25p barrier is breached. Long term bullish alert only IF massive 14.35p barrier is climbed.

Re: truce with Kurds ...and a quick 5% minus, puhh!Things might now consolidate down at the mid term trend line (9.50p support).

Re: truce with Kurds One evil at a time. I have GPX and Genel assets plotted on a map.The latest map from the BBC can be found here:[link]

Re: truce with Kurds Johan,Of course here one has to admit that GPX do not represent Syria and have nothing to do with the Damascus terror regime.Apart from international investments in northern Africa, GPX syrian assets are purely in the distant north-east - which is Kurdish controlled. With Kurdish regions gaining strength and international recognition (very large autonomous area!), Damascus is unlikely to have a say in the future. Whatever RU naval ships and short distance choppers cannot reach, the Assad terror regime will not be able to control.

Re: bombing restarts, truce wont hold Thanks for quoting me rRomeo29 good to see some realism. There so much ramping and B.S. in all the GPX forums that stems from greed that ultimately will end badly (often with no money and a gambling habit). The NPV and assets show that there has been a value gap here and still there is, but I completely agree with rRomeo29 that this is a very long-term investment. Also a moral conundrum. Best guess from the Kurds is that ISIS will take 2 years to irradiate from neighboring countries (i.e. Syria).

rRomeo29 03 Jan 2017

Re: bombing restarts, truce wont hold If like in the Iraq, Kurdish people could create their independent autonomous region (free from Assad terror regime) then parts of Syria could indeed see a successful restart?Same counts for "Genel", who operate in the furthermost eastern part of Syria - nothing to do with the mob in Damaskus.---------- ---------- "I think I can compare this to be behind Genel Energy in the valuations so sticking to 35p on post production. Like Genel both have back payments due and these are not factored in and would add significantly if paid in one chunk (not going to happen in one chunk)." Johandesilva

Re: bombing restarts, truce wont hold Ouch! That's 9p again.

GENG 03 Jan 2017

Re: bombing restarts, truce wont hold No one expects the truce to hold - initially - even the cease fire brokers admit its is fragile.
