Shareholders deserve something back, I remember helping them buy equipment in fund raising and invested a substantial sum here. Administrators eating a £100k of our investment I know.PL said he would try to get a good outcome for all stakeholders, having believed him for years and invested so much in his failed company, we shall see if he truly was a man of his word or not.Should have sold it when he had the chance, cost us all dearly that decision.Holding any further personal comments into this saga, not for public view.

offsetting loss for CGT purposes Hi folks - does anyone have a definitive answer on when you can claim this as a loss (assuming that shareholders receive zilch which is extremely likely as shareholders are last in line)? I have a feeling that we have to wait until the shares are deemed worthless and this may happen next tax year as things seem to take forever to wind up. Or can we use the delisting date as the effectively worthless date? I've had some chunky gains this year so can offset. With London Mining (another of my amazingly poor choice investments (!!) I only got notification that the shares were worthless in a different tax year to the delisting date. Any tax accountants out there?!
