Into June soon The market makers have done a darn good job of suppressing demand and any rises off the back of another good contract award and a couple of days later only 60,000 shares traded in a full day.Not far off though getting back into that zone gain"The Company expects the successful debt restructuring exercise it has undertaken to now be unconditional by the end of the 2nd quarter 2017 post completion of the administrative process and other conditions precedent, including non-core asset sales, as previously announced." Re: Graphene. DCTA (DIRECTA PLUS)Watch the proinvestors clip. The CEO wants to talk about "Grafysorber". the interviewer however wants to talk Olympics ski teams. Directa Plus is one of the largest producers of graphene and associated uses.Directors are 100% fully aligned with shareholders and the water treatment (Grafysorber) as well as removing pollutants such as oil can also be used in desalination filters.(I urge any serious small PI's to call and chat to the company about its uses and potential uses). It can be used in desalination filters. The world needs clean drinking water.Directa Plus is touted as "The Graphene Stock To Hold"They have also promised us at least 2 exciting news releases 2nd part of 2017.CEO has committed to restoring DCTA share price and considers the recent fall a buying opportunity. The stock is so lightly traded small buys and sells can affect the sp with what many would consider an over reactive movement in % gains and falls.

Re: Graphene. I think you will find that Directa has been falling for months and the directors are now bottom fishing

Re: NO Potential As another poster pointed out below, this really is not one for widows and orphans! It is not for investors or traders either! This is one for punter and gamblers ! I'm gonna stick 5grand on a horse instead more likely to a return on "investment".Own due diligence

Re: NO Potential BB BANKER I will gladly explain..The balance sheet is very very weak !The company is riddled with debt and will continue to be in debt after 2020 (if it survives that long)As per the recent restructuring, they will continue to issue equity in order to survive .Cash is king and I (as an individual) have more cash than this company! This one is best avoided ! My philosophy is that you don't need to make money out of every single company on the market ! There are too many good companies and no need to buy heavily indebted dogs. These are just my thoughts Own due diligence

Re: Potential bobsson,This one is not for widows and orphans and everybody knows that and a further announcement on financial reorganisation should be with us in about 4 weeks as per the previous RNS. I think given the tone of their last RNS that albeit late they will pull it all off.Across the back of all of that. The share price is clearly Darwin oversold from 12p and above. (That's about where it started at when it resumed trading) It has announced 2 good contracts since - both with very significant upside potential and payment up front andThis Graphene salt water to drinking water sieve / filter has potential to propel GRPH into a major player in a lucrative industry. GRPH have clearly reorganised there business as per my previous posts show which show that one of the key new focusses is on Water and on deriving clean water and on desalination. That last one ties it in all rather nicely with the 4-traders article and making GRPH the main graphene industry sponsor / player in my book behind the research and in any industry collaborative. That also to me is why when the share rallied about 51% in 1 day previously and why after several days of rises the Board of Directors could not come out and say that they knew of no reason for the move in the share price. They knew full well I would suggest. You either believe or you don't. Own due diligence

Re: Potential Just to clarify, GRPH does currently supply drilling waste water solutions to the oil industry. It is the new clean drinking water solution market where I don`t think they currently have sales.Perhaps current holders or potential holders should read the delayed final results and then the interims and follow ups for more background information. Please DYOR

bobsson 18 Apr 2017

Re: Potential onewayticket, I am unsure as to the status of the companies non core assets, I doubt if they are making profits. GRPH currently as far as I am aware has had no commercial sales of any water filtration products. GRPH has announced new pilot sales of oilfield lubricants to a couple of oilcos with the potential for more orders. As far as I am aware its only current commercial products are oilfield lubricants and I doubt if this is currently profitable. Hence the need for the Darwin cash. I do not doubt the potential of water filtration as you can see from my previous posts, but afaik GRPH do not currently have sales of any water filtration product. There is therefore a lack of positive cashflow coming into the company and it is touch and go as to whether GRPH will remain solvent.IMHO DYOR NAI

Re: misinformation - probably not Good Evening AuGment,You started a thread on here called misinformation and here were your final comments on that very post. "Finally GPRH's business is predominantly associated the manufacture of specialist graphene based oilfield chemicals which improve the cost and efficiency with which oil can be recovered. It is not involved with the desalination of sea water."I think maybe its yourself that's misinformed. You and a few others seriously need to read the RNS of the 14th November 2016 and whereupon the company announced the re-organisation of the business going forward. To save you some time here are some of the key wordings for you."• The Group announced on 11th April 2016 its business reorganization strategy, which is ongoing""• Best in class partnerships have been established for implementation of current and identified projects""• Strategic focus by the Group is currently on the three high margin platforms, the nanofluids (oil field chemicals) AND WATER TREATMENT, and enhanced building materials offerings with strategic partnerships and alliances entered into and efforts are continuing in building other long term sustainable partnerships and alliances.""Water Treatment· Within the Water Treatment offerings the Group is able to source, treat and distribute water in a cost effective manner. Current focus sectors are clean drinking water, DESALINATION, processed & produced water, and sewage & waste water treatment (PLEASE NOTE THE WORDS CLEAN DRINKING WATER and DESALINATION)· The Group is focused on a niche range between US$50m to US$150m, where the Group's decentralized solutions are economically viable and cost competitive · During the final quarter of 2016 and the 1st quarter of 2017, the Group has identified a pipeline of major projects in Asia, Middle East, and Africa that it will be tendering/participating in and via existing partnerships · To enhance the Group's water offerings, the Group has entered into strategic alliances including one with Tecnoconsult a leading global engineering firm for the roll out of the Group's solutions. The Group continues to focus on establishing strong partnerships with reputable partners for long term benefit"It is just my view but there is more than a fair chance based on all of the above that the 4-traders article did actually apply to Graphene Nanochem[link] Own due diligence.
