The EU is a failed concept, Countries imprisoned behind the bars of the worthless Euro, which is bailed out over and over with money generation based lending against zero assets except Tax payers money. The crumbling European Union of Debt, one that creates money from nothing to buy its own debt. Who in their right mind would place their children into Debt on June 23? Europe is over.

Totally agree. The cash estimated already is in the ground. Just have to "xtract" it. The other operations add significant value.
No doom and gloom here. Net Profit of 650K$ per quarter at Chepica without repair..Just a matter of time before repairs are in place and conditional acquisition add considerable returns.

What's not to like here. MSAR provides enhanced profitability for refineries, power generation opportunities, cleaner fuel for shipping. If all goes well and contracts are all signed off there will be a potentially huge return on investment,.
