Re: Dreadful Results Another set of poor results:[link] Declining revenue, more losses, cash burning, technically insolvent balance sheet. etc. etc. etc There's no audit opinion expressed in the preliminary results, which are therefore presumably unaudited. But noting the fund raise that they had back in December (at 13p a few weeks just after the share price and volumes mysteriously spiked) I would guess that the company has enough cash to eek out another years' existence.JakNife

Top aim spec tip for 2017-transformational ? LightwaveRF, WH Ireland analyst Eric Burns has a speculative 'buy' for us.LightwaveRF (LWRF), which makes a range of intelligent dimmers, radiator valves, sockets and sensors, strengthened its balance sheet with a £2 million fundraise last year."This gives it the resource for a concerted marketing push for its extensive range of products encompassing heating, cooling, lighting, ECO and power in a fast expanding market," says Burns, who believes a strategic tie-up with larger partners could be transformational."Whilst forecasting Lightwave has been difficult in the past and we have no estimates for the current year as yet, there is material speculative upside in the share price."

Going higher Only valued at £3 million Lightwave, with its complete range of home wireless control switches lights and heating products, soon to get Apple approval could be a real snip especially if it moves into profits. Or could easily be the subject of a bid.

In Daily Mail today Lightwave on business page-Daily Mail-market report -with chart -today. Maybe a future mention in Midas on Sunday coming-that would be nice.

Launch of Amazon compatability Rns today says launch of the wireless controls with Amazon compatability plus Apple approval due.Currently shares at a low point could be a good investment at this time as Lightwave seem to be getting it all together now-if they start turning a profit they could race away as only valued at a couple of million for Britains only wireless control company.

BUY-Results imminent Share price has gone way too low and now buyers are back as results announcement is imminent.Word is that although they will show a loss as forecast a big deal could be announced. If this tiddler with massive potential has got its act together, Lightwave could see a very very big jump in its share price.
