So all this chat about the great offer is getting closer, many still believe then? 1 institutional holder of a few million, got them for a song and sold many off over time recouping their money many times over, all because people do not want to research or look at the history of this shower. Nothing here but misery for holders, basic info here:- [link]

From Charles Stanley this morning ..... Our View: Central Rand Gold announced on 20 May that it is to raise additional working capital through a placing of shares at 10p. We believe that with site visits undertaken by interested parties, the chances of a sale being concluded have improved. We raise our PT to 21p from 17p based upon the value of assets in production.

There is only 6 weeks to wait for an RNS on the bid of CRND. I think May with see this SP strengthen and rise quickly.

081 - 29/04 Buy 85000 12.00p £1,020,000.00 of CRND. Total purchase of CNRD for this mornings trading over 2m.

Re: CRND Stream Log I think investors will start buying this share in May. When this SP rises it rises very fast. Investors who have done there research and want a large return with get in this stock and wait for it to go to 15 then 20 and up further. If you wait for the MOU announcement it will be too late.

Crystalball 27 Apr 2015

The consensus is that CRND NV will be sold but will it go to a bid. The up-shot is it, could a and the SP would triple. The downside is the MOU doesn't do through and the SP stays at the resistance level of 11-15 SP.

Crystalball 27 Apr 2015

The SP of CRND has naturally dipped due to the MOU being pushed back 2 months. This has created some uncertainty for some investors. But it only means that more interested parties are involved. Such as: Huili Resources (Group) Ltd, Shengbang Jiabo (Beijing) Consulting Co Ltd, the Hiria Group and Beijing Ankong Investment

At last people seeing sense, why hold these shares and watch them keep falling, fairy story seems to be turning out bad as predicted

So the string on the carrot gets longer, now people are saying what a nice guy!!!!! He will say anything you want to hear, he will say anything to promote the company as it pays him well to do so, the market will tell you things to take your money and in the next breath it's all gone. This is business, they want your money so they can sell out at a profit which no doubt they have been doing for a good while now. Those that continue to believe this fairy story are going to be the losers here, none of this rns makes any sense when you read the original, who would want to give anyone extra time???? Ruddy gullible!!!

Re: CRND Stream Log Hi there, I have read over all your posts on CRND, somewhat different reading to the normal on this company. It seems nobody really gets involved with your comments and that you really drill any positive potential here to the ground. What is the problem with CRND and why are you the only one who is so against this company? Not being cheeky at all just curious as I am invested here..

Room101 10 Mar 2015

Beingthebaker is an apt name, they were sells if you care to look, you are dealing with a small mine here in trouble big time and may have it's fingers in some unsavoury things. Interesting read here [link] in line with a reasonable sell for JSE, but it doesn't take much for a drop there.

Room101 09 Mar 2015

Fingers are getting burnt, would be interesting if CRND is involved in any of this? [link] Always promising more gold but it never came, we shall have to wait and see

Maxkolb 04 Feb 2015

Traders will only pile in when news is imminent imo. Why tie money up for 30/40 days on the off chance there is that illusive surprise RNS. Besides they are all getting giddy on AFR, when that's sorted they can get back to making up stories about CRND

Maxkolb 31 Jan 2015

If, as many posters say, the city knows big news before it happens; wouldn't there have been significant movement before now if an offer was imminent? How much notice would they get over mere mortals anyway?
