Re: £5.2m raised. Lead Investor Ross B... I'm out. I could be very wrong but I don't like yet more placings and it looks like being too long a haul now, if ever, before I might cover my losses in CNR. So I'm running with what I've got as I have other more promising "fish to fry". Good luck to all prepared to hang in here.. Regards DJ.

£5.2m raised. Lead Investor Ross Beaty Dilution of our % in the company and good to see Mellon and Beaty taking more. On the plus side it increase cash held by the company and secures funding (removing doubt) to progress the project. Strike price is at a small discount so over all I'm pretty happy they have this out of the way again for another year Condor Gold raises GBP5.242 million. Listing in Canada I apologies if this is a dumb question If CNR take a secondary listing doesn't that just dilute our holdings? (although so would a fund raising in London I guess)Thoughts?

Re: Mark Child Interview Or perhaps he has spoke to RB about another fund raise. It is really is starting to get painful being in this share. So close but so far in any sort of progression. Only news that is going to kick start CNR is PC/EIA until the we are sitting ducks

Mark Child Interview In his recent interview on LSE Mark starts by very pointedly saying he is just back from Canada and flew in directly from Toronto. There is nothing further about why he was there. I am inclined to think he was giving a clue that something is about to happen relating to Canada which is where a secondary listing could take place as the Toronto exchange puts much higher values on gold companies than London. Toronto is also where major shareholder Ross Beatty is from.I expect we will get some news soon. The share is at a massive discount to NAV and its time to close the gap.

Condor Rising Sale Coming? Condor having a good week following the Article in Moneyweek in Which Jim Mellon tips CNR and flags the possibility of 5 million ozs of gold. He also says he is pretty sure someone will buy CNR. This follows his recent purchase of an additional 1.6 million shares. This could be the year long term investors finally get their reward and I hope the offer starts with at least £3 per share.

Gold - month end contract rollover To those who think gold has turned down again, please remember that we INVARIABLY have games played at the end of the month on the COMEX. Contract rollover week generally involve the price dropping before advancing again at the end of the first/beginning of the second week in a new month. Of course WTFDIK - this time it could be different.....I'm currently enjoying 'Trump Revealed' the well researched hatchett job on DJT. There are some classic quotes within it. This is one which I'll share; also ont tinternet belowonald Trump’s Libido Is a Raging Inferno That Can Only be Contained by Medical ScienceSpeaking of being in the mood, are you a fan of Viagra? No, I’m not. I think Viagra is wonderful if you need it, if you have medical issues, if you’ve had surgery. I’ve just never needed it. Frankly, I wouldn’t mind if there were an anti-Viagra, something with the opposite effect. I’m not bragging. I’m just lucky. I don’t need it. I’ve always said, “If you need Viagra, you’re probably with the wrong girl.” [link] worth picking up a copy. I bought one at 'The Works' for £3 a couple of weeks ago.

RNS - Scout Drilling Results Scout Drilling Results on Cacao Show Significant Dilational Vein and "Link" Between Two Major Basement Feeder Zones, Upgrading the ProspectClick on, or paste the following link into your web browser, to view the full press release including the maps.[link] Gold (AIM:CNR), is pleased to announce, further to the announcement of 15 December 2016, the scout drilling results for four drill holes totalling 719.6 m on the Cacao Prospect at the La India Project. This drilling is designed to test targets with the potential to contribute to La India's high grade mineral resource of 18 Mt at 4.0 g/t for 2.31 Moz gold. Of this, 57% or 1.3 Moz gold is hosted by the La India Vein Set and the remaining 1 Moz is hosted in 6 smaller, separate resources such as Cacao, which has 590,000 tonnes at 3.0 g/t gold for 58,000 oz gold. The scout drilling hopes to demonstrate that La India is a true gold District, with excellent potential to substantially increase the global resource.Highlights-- Drill core demonstrates a significant dilational vein at Cacao, with the prospect of a much larger gold resource-- Cacao forms a major "Link" between two major basement feeder zones (La India and Andrea Corridors)-- Drill intercepts: 7.85 m at 3.75 g/t gold, 7.85 m at 2.95 g/t gold and 17.1 m at 1.74 g/t gold, demonstrate broad zones of gold mineralisation-- Cacao is at the top of an epithermal system, preserved because the regional Highway Fault drops down the entire system towards the southeast -- Cacao vein is open along strike and at depth -- Cacao vein is now upgraded and prioritised for further drilling, to increase its current resource-- 1,812 m of 4,000 m scout drilling has been completed on three targets: Cacao, Real de La Cruz and Tatescame. The drill rig will now be moved to the 4 km long Andrea Vein with further assay results announced in due courseMark Child CEO comments:'Condor's strategy of proving that the La India Project is part of a major gold District continues to yield positive results. The 719.6 m drilling at Cacao demonstrates a significant dilational vein. This vein forms within a major linking structure between two major basement feeder zones identified by regional soil sampling and airborne geophysics (La India and Andrea Corridors - see map below). New drill results of 7.85 m at 3.75 g/t gold and 7.85 m at 2.95 g/t gold build on results from Condor's prior drilling (including 2.6 m at 34.13 g/t gold and 14.05 m at 6.05 g/t gold). The vein is comparable to some of the best intersections on La India vein. It is important to emphasise that Cacao is at the top of an epithermal gold system, preserved because the regional Highway Fault drops down the entire system towards the southeast. The Cacao vein is open down dip and along strike with signs of being substantially bigger and is prioritised for further drilling to expand the mineral resource.'Cacao Prospect, Structural SettingCacao is shown in Figure 1, with significant trends identified by recent soil sampling, a prior helicopter borne geophysics programme and a detailed structural model (see RNS dated 15(th) December 2016).Figure 1: Cacao Structural Setting, between Two Major Basement Feeder ZonesCacao occurs within an east-west striking 'link' between major feeder basement structures, namely La India and Andrea Corridors. Structural analysis suggests a component of sinistral strike slip on the basement structures and the link opened a significant dilational vein at Cacao. Cacao is also considered a 'concealed' mineral deposit, because the regional Highway Fault (see Figure 1) drops down the entire epithermal system towards the southeast. This is supported by fossil hot spring material ('sinter') on surface at Cacao, its only occurrence in the District. Surface outcrops at Cacao comprise mostly phreatic breccias, again typical of hot spring areas.

Re: 1st Dec intraday low 44.25p Yes sure Fred lolCredit where credit is due you do seem to know what your talking about. Not sure Hum will go up three fold before first pour unless POG takes off.I think Hum has been pumped up a bit with new year tips and am just waiting for the dump before i enter. For the brave an entry at 52p could pay off but i have a feeling it will break lower with the gold price.

Re: 1st Dec intraday low 44.25p Don't like short selling where individuals will companies to fail========== ========== ========== ====I dont like people pumping only for the share price to fall, how about that for balance ?

Re: 1st Dec intraday low 44.25p What's you target price fred========== ===Hey shuggsy, we still friends lol....I got a feeling Mellons buying will prove the floor for now, however should there be a void of news this will without drift lower and the nearer HUMM gets to its first pour you will get a few people jump ship for the rise. My plan is 3 bag on HUMM and then jump in here and wait for the same.Good luck

Re: 1st Dec intraday low 44.25p What's you target price fredTo me it looks like it could break lower from here to be honestLooks like a large head and shoulders pattern with the neckline at about 50p If it goes below that then watch out below.

Re: Jim Mellon Took Another 1.6 Million ... ICB - My comment contained an interrogative four question marks at the end (indicating, I hoped it would be taken as a mighty big WHY to spur discussion on here. . I did not specifically say that I (personally) thought it was a vote of no confidence. I was also motivated by the fact that the sp falling happened immediately after happypills had lauded Jim Mellon's purchase. I do take your point that a mere 40,000 shares changed hands yesterday though. Conversely it now appears that just under 30,000 shares have changed hands and our sp has risen 2p.. Do we ignore that?
