S7, were you with LOND shareholder action group. Have you got payment from them yet?
AMI has definitely been taken off lse BB now.
If Deloitte can sell the assets more than debt, whatever money left will be distributed to shareholders regardless of whether you join action group or not. If however, if SISG is the only interested party and buys the assets cheaply even bondholder may not get their investment back.
Shareholder action group will be suing directors, accountants and brokers for negligence, misleading information etc. It will be a long legal battle. Unless they want to settle it out of court.
hope this helps
According to the news in SL, SISG plans to start the mine by mid April. The administrators are on holiday, until 13th April. Questions- would Neville Khan and the team are ready for auctioning of AML's assets? When is the auction?
Lordsnooty, you are right. Just because the company is in administration, it doesn't mean it has to be liquidated. Setting a new BOD and keeping the company running could be another alternative
4unme, that's pretty sweet. That should add weight into our case.
