RNS-Great deal 7 DIG have done a great deal here and moving into profitability-investors have ignored the company in the past but they have big ambitions and in my view abit of research will reveal the huge potential

10.5p Re-reading the RNS and not taking on board the cash transaction that covers the cash at hand in the bank, it seems to me the new investors are in at 10.5p and are highly confident its upwards from here.So short term target for me is 10.50p with a new broker forecast in the teens.Maverick

Anyone here? It seems on the face of it this is a share that has so much potential but in the last year has traded in a narrow range. The recent placing at 6.5p seems to of placed a bottom on the stock but it needs to break 9p to set a new direction and break its top trading price.The firm seems to be made up of many working parts which makes valuation hard to work out. I like the idea that 7dig should be able to make huge margins and have an ever decreasing fixed cost base as clients onboard. The industry itself seems ripe for progression and MQA should be to listening what high definition is to TV.Momentum is key. We need to see a few more contracts and more transparency on revenues. I have a feeling this is just around the corner but would very much like to see something this half of the year.If they get it right and more licensing agreements are signed then most of the monies should drop down straight to the bottom line - net profit as fixed costs as a percentage of revenue diminishes.The ingredients are there for something spectacular I just hope they can pull it off. If they can the sp could reach 3 figures. I know that seems unrealistic at this stage but a mkt cap of circa 160m is not out of the question based on huge % gross margins.I see 7.63 as a steal but this message will be a testament to whether the market or myself is right. i have taken a chunk over the last few weeks and months.

Open Offer SP in this stock is up and down like a tart's knick**s over the last couple of months.I will however be taking advantage of the open offer, assuming we don't drop any further and it gets approved...
