Velocys - VLS Stream Log

Institutional Investors: I see that VLS have updated their AIM Rule 26 page to disclose those IIs with holdings over 3%:

Interesting to note that they haven't got to the ENVIA stage yet - estimated for 2020 so VLS still has a head start once they sort out the leak issue once and for all and get on with the rest of their projects. Meanwhile the SP hovers in the doldrums locked in a news vacuum!

Just thought I'd break the run of the specialist.this board is fat becoming a one man band and unfortunately that man is a big headed, pompous nothing!

share price down 10% this morning- any ideas why?

Big Ordinary trade at the open today- 250,000 shares at the 230p offer

I think it's positive. Getting the first few customers and contracts in place is always the hardest- now they will have more to show the US market, and the RNS suggests that Pinto also bring some complementary skills in the form of project execution. The price paid, all in shares, seems reasonable and not materially dilutive for existing shareholders.
