S Times Danny Fortson says Liberum has a 40p target, mind you they floated it. Neil Woodford apparently owns a fifth of the comany. Sales last year were up by a third, annual loss cut by around a quarter. "With a genuinely useful invention and serious backers, HaloSource looks like the perfect punt, just as it did five years ago but now it'sa lot chepaer."

Ouch ! I suppose that today's fall is attributable to Flow's momentum and our seeming stasis, yet we have to believe (do we not) that there are deals being made behind the scenes and that our product is every bit as good, if not better, than theirs ? Our 3KW version is not competing in the same marketplace as the Flow unit and there should be sufficient demand for that, alone, to command a better sp than we're showing at the moment. We desperately need some news here. The kind of deal last mooted in the latest RNS will surely catapult the sp and I'm seeing today's drop in the sp as a golden buying opportunity. Maybe we'll see investors switching back and forth between Flow and Insp just as they have done, in the past, between BCN and REM ? The burgeoning interest in BCN suggests that such inter-play might be coming to an end as BCN finds ever-increasing levels of support around 70p. Maybe we'll find the same thing happening here in the fullness of time ?GFD

Re: Results Presentation has just finished and if I am honest, it looks like more of the same for the foreseeable future. Cost reductions featured very highly, why; because they need to offset increased tax and reduced revenue! Slide pack was a lot of management speak with fancy graphics etc., but they did highlight some new product initiatives which can be rebranded to suit the business involved. Shame the one they showed for Man Utd still had Darren Fletcher featured! They are going through another internal restructure in how they report the different cost centres and were honest enough to say that this will make life easier in the event that one of more of them are hived off at points in the future. They again stated that previous efforts did not work, but how many times will they have to do it to get it right? FX is working in their favour and against them depending on the jurisdiction and as WhiteRose has just mentioned, non core assets have or are in course of being sold for c EU30-50m. Kalixa the payment processor which is going well, will either be sold off or floated in 2016.The Board is confident that the doomsday scenario predicted by Credit Suisse will not come to light and any decision will not happen before 2016 due to the number of legal cases pending. In fact they expect the German regulators to go in their favour; but they would wouldn't they?As I said, more of the same unless disposals or takeover comes along.

Re: Can't Trade No idea, but as the price is now .025 which makes it .005 in pre consolidation I'd expect no one wants to do any business.Sorry to say it but unless a miracle happens then it's only a matter of time it delists.

Re: The probability of a profits warning? Current Saudi output is c10mn. bpd I think, which is at the top end of their capability - when I worked in Saudi some 30 years ago ouptput spiked at about 8 or 9mn. I believe, then dropped sharply during the 80s recession at which point Saudi infrastructure projects were cancelled.I'm guessing that some of the infrastructure at these high levels of production might be a bit creaky and need maintenance/replacement if they go on pumping it out like this, which should be good for companies like Weir I'd have thought?I think even at 10mn. bpd they have enough crude to last well over a century (no doubt someone will correct me) so I wouldn't be factoring this into share price predictions any time soon. And it's the cheapest crude in the world to extract - the local price at the pumps when I lived there back in the 80s was 10p a gallon and they weren't losing money.

Results also watching live broadcast ..... Sale of Win will signed today!Remaining non core businesses for sale Winners, Conspo and Intertrader. Not sure reason of Impact for the latter two is justified?Since the November announcement, Pound to Euro movement is probably the main reason for most of share price decline from takeover hype highs. As these proposed sales are only a small fraction of the group, I would expect further price declines from more disappointing news.

Patches of sunlight After a year in charge operationally, Mr Ogilvie can look back with pride on some of his achievements here. Comparing the latest quarter (Fiscal 3) with that of last year where his new mine plan was just being introduced at the start of November, the two years compare thus; 2013 2014Cash cost per oz (C$) 1094 766AISC (CS) 1923 1249Oz produced 31022 39722Cash flow (C$million) (1.7) 11.6Profit/loss (C$million) (6.1) 4.2The switch to higher grades is obviously working, with 26% more ounces produced with 17% fewer employees and by milling 7 tons a day less ore. An impressive mill recovery rate of 96.6% must be the envy of many mining companies.Vitally, the last 3 quarters have made a profit as the key breakeven figure of C$1350 oz continues to be beaten for now. Dents have been made in the debt pile, but the time for cool appraisal is when annual results arrive in the next period as the mine settles down to grinding out results.Mr Eric Sprott has reinforced his presence with appointment as Chairman and enhanced share ownership - let us hope this brings benefits. Meanwhile, Mr Ogilvie has followed his courageous path by stating that all major targets would be met and several such as minimum production and cash flows would be exceeded .So whilst we are a long, long way from sunny meadows, at least there are bursts of sunlight through the woods to sustain us as other goldminers go out of business.PB.

Your right FRTEB on hindsight I agree, why should I really give a toss who loses all their money here to line Morgan Stanley's pockets. It might even be a good idea for you to take a substantial holding at this point. Who knows with a little luck you may only be 50% down by year end, but you can perhaps be proud of the fact that you helped M.S.

Re: When !! No interest whatsoever other than it's a dodo for at least 2 years min. That and the fact they're trying to suck innocent investors in only so they can get out without losing too much money . As I stated even if you got out now at a 70% loss, when this really tanks ( when reality kicks in ) you could still buy in with what money your left with and end up holding more shares than you originally had. I have no motive whatsoever on Meygen . I wouldn't go near it with a 50 mtr. barge pole.

Re: The probability of a profits warning... The UK is so desperate now that it has to include prostitutes/"adult services" & illegal drug sales for GDP growth. There have been many people questioning these figures which look grossly over estimated. Some estimates put UK illegal drug use at 1/4 of every man/woman/child in the UK, clearly that would be highly dubious. As I have stated on the TW board, these boards are filled with investor complacency. Some how people see these markets as a true gauge of economic health. I think it is the old cliché especially for us bears that markets can behave irrational far longer than "investors" can remain solvent. The rational will come back. The € collapsing against the GBP, Jesus Christ, current account deficits/personal debt/corporate debt the UK is no better than France/Spain et al!

Re: Sp When you have a decent sized investment in something it is tempting to constantly check the share price. But I have learned with this share that the only time to bother is after a decent RNS. Aside from that, you have to put up with the market makers playing games with the share price to try and knock investors either in or out depending on their whim. Of course, if you fancy a few more shares then the odd plummet to 5.5p could be tempting. I would see that as the floor for this share (he says hoping he is correct). Sit back, relax and wait for the summer. then PM should be able to give investors a decent update on phase 1. GS - steadily tracking west.
