More stability for Zambia with large scale investment by China Now Xtract Resources is progressing with it’s copper prospects in Zambia stability of this nature is welcome by me . Following link shows what I’m talking about since they’ve done the same in Australia since 1986 generating considerable wealth for the country along the way . [link]

Alluvials partner Nexus breaks free giving XTR 100% increase in revenue from Sino 2 Thanks, DS, I’m not as closely involved as you, so your insight is appreciated. TP

Alluvials partner Nexus breaks free giving XTR 100% increase in revenue from Sino 2 I got my thoughts starting with the Chicken Farm area having higher grade gold with lower overburden . I think Colin made this fact known to the market and Nexus who’ve had very little hands on with the alluvials . Then asked Sino 2 to move overburden elsewhere clearing a road to fair brides area to allow MMP to set up their CIL . Frustrating not only share holders who hadn’t envisaged such a move but may have been priced into Nexus financial status to fund other projects . Mr.Colin Bird has tried to shake Nexus from the off and would never had relied upon their funding had Xtract Resources not been in such financial difficulties back when the agreement was signed . He tried concentrating on Hard rock with Omnia to avoid the 50 : 50% profits split with Nexus . Then announced another alluvial contractor was interested in processing at Manica drawing in Nexus more and more but covering other basis such as our fair brides open pit gold mine with our partner MMP , Zambia copper projects instead . He’s a shrewd operator one that gives me confidence whenever I read RNS’s like today’s . I thought someone was offloading which might have been Nexus … then went back to my original thought " Market Makers closing shorts " in open market . That’s what gave me the confidence to buy the 100k share trading tranche at 1.015p /share today . I was hopeful to get that one back in at 0.97p /share but when people have had time to digest what’s happened there maybe a few buys that supports the share price above the 1p /share . Probably is may get one or two lucky enough with buy orders already in but I think news will flow fast now Nexus are out , the second alluvial processing sub contractor , progress on the chicken farm area alluvials , etc , etc … all good news to come .

Alluvials partner Nexus breaks free giving XTR 100% increase in revenue from Sino 2 Not much info on why they’ve gone. Dispute mechanism in full flow. Wonder what they’ve fallen out about? Nexus wouldn’t just walk away from revenue without reason. Any theories DS? TP

Alluvials partner Nexus breaks free giving XTR 100% increase in revenue from Sino 2 What an early Christmas present for all Xtract Resources share holders . One of the main drags on revenue stream from Sino 2 , alluvial processing has been to share 50 : 50% profits split with Nexus and now they’re gone . Wow … couldn’t get much better than that with hard rock processing news due from Omnia and fair brides contractors those Market Maker shorts closing earlier may have been a sign … lol … well I had to have some more on this news regardless . lse.co.uk Xtract Regulatory News. Turkey looking to use Gold to stabilise it's core value . With XTR progress into hard rock gold mining worth a read Xtract Resources has been producing dorey bars through alluvial gold processing for a while now . With Sino 2 being forced not only do the river banks leading towards the chicken farm area but alluvials that sometimes are a bit hit or miss it’s nice to see the likes of Turkey acknowledge the value of gold . [link] With Mr.Colin Bird determined to make Manica , fair brides hard rock area very profitable it’s essential these alluvials were removed Hence I’m looking forwards to the New Year even with Q1 2020 being the wet season . We’re in Zambia copper development too but only small scale at present but that will also increase in the New Year giving Xtract Resources a 2nd source of revenue from another country spreading risk . Whilst Colin knows far more than any of us about progress his actions to add at these levels without causing spikes speaks volumes for the companies future . There’s always the worry fair brides may be bought for US$20 million as part of the option with the contractor but with the rest of Manica holding several other hard rock areas all be it without DFS’s . I feel that would open the door for further development to carry out DFS’s on them making Manica far more valuable as it does so . We still await information with regards to Omnia processing Guy Fawkes hard rock on their own prospect using their brand new hard rock plant but like Sino 2 in early days of alluvial processing that will be cherry picked creating a nice revenue stream for Xtract Resources when least expecting it . Still haven’t got my two trading tranches I sold at around the 1.165p /share mark but then Market Makers like to close shorts before news so I’ll be adding then if they got any shorts to close . Wouldn’t surprise me but none to worried since I still have 3 trading tranches to play with . Nice quantity in long term hold ISA account for long term hold too …

Sticky fingered share holders With Mr.Colin Bird adding around the 1.10p /share mark it appears others are doing the same . Sold two trading tranches including one at 1.165p /share and now starting to wonder why did I do that . With Xtract Resources alluvial revenue stream from Sino 2 about to be added to with hard rock gold process sales from Omnia from the Guy Fawkes area of Manica along with copper processing in Zambia all be it small scale at present time . We sure are heading in the right direction so why have I offloaded 2 trading tranches ? … grrr … I might be lucky and get them back with Market Maker tree shake before news arrives or I might just have to be happy holding 3 trading tranches alongside my long term hold ISA held XTR shares . Sticky fingered holders and all the signs are there to see with so few shares traded daily most of which are probably MM activity to stimulate some interest .

Zambia copper exploration Update , today's RNS Xtract Resources now have a few more strings to their bow . With the Manica prospect in Mozambique progressing alluvial gold through a sub contractor Sino 2 , generating revenue . Through to hard rock development at fair brides and Guy Fawkes with Omnia and other contractors … but now this huge copper play in Zambia further de-risking the company with copper being the commodity of the future with electric vehicles , wind turbines , etc … one couldn’t ask for more . Unless your patience is 5 minutes before you give up on things … lol … no only joking . With everything looking better with every RNS I’m surprised the Market Cap is still around the £4 million mark so what did today’s news bring us . Highlights · Contract signed for not less than 1,600m of reverse circulation drilling · Drilling programme at all sites will target depth and strike extensions of current pits as well as significant strike extensions not yet tested · Site visit to the Matrix Project confirms the presence of significant stockpiles of partially sorted copper ore from previous mining, available to any future ore processing operation · At Eureka project, limited historic drilling of open-ended copper zone will be extended along strike and a second target tested at Eureka West · The Kalengwa project has significant stockpiles with approximately 2 million tonnes of tailings · Drilling to commence at Matrix during the course of this week So we have three sites in Zambia with the easiest to develop being Kalengwa with it’s stockpile of approximately 2 million tonnes of tailing’s . From today’s RNS though at the Matrix Project it was apparent that considerable stockpiles of copper ore remain unprocessed from the work of the previous mining company. These require to be quantified and are available for any future copper processing operation hence the Matrix Project is already good to go . Mr.Colin Bird said " We will update the market on the drilling program and results over the coming weeks." So much good news in this RNS , I’ll attach the link and allow you to enjoy the same buzz it gave me . www.ii.co.uk/news/zambia-copper-exploration-update-rnsLSE20191119140004_14314295

The Vox Market Pod Cast with Justin Waite , 12/11/2019 Quite a few rollovers of late including that huge 6,250.000 share rollover done on 14th Nov , funny how the MM’s delayed publication of the sell part of that roll over until after hour on Friday 15th Nov … Giving the impression two huge sells went through of 6,250,000 shares . Market Makers at their best hey … even today at 8.22hrs we had another rollover of 273,039 shares with posters on over boards trying to create panic by posting large sell trades going through with share price dropping … lol … aye , shares go up and shares go down . All at the MM’s whims or orders to fill more like . Haven’t seen any real selling going on myself but know I and at least one other trader / investor have picked up more shares on this most recent tree shake . Most likely cause of drop is the appointment of a CEO with shares being an incentive to reach copper revenue targets at the Kalengwa project . Those who remember Mr.Jan Nelsons targets remember those shares were bought on open market before his appointment in the form of 2 x 25 million shares at 0.14p /share . The Sp bottomed at 0.11p /share before the RNS confirmed Mr.Jan Nelson as CEO when the SP then spiked up to 0.17p /share . So we know operators at Manica are on target with the hard rock at fair brides . We still await news from Guy Fawkes ( GF ) with the Omnia plant cherry picking hard rock from ( GF ) of high grade gold ore . We know the grades from the Kalengwa mine tailings dumps yields an average grade of 1.03% Cu, 4.44ppm Ag . We know Xtract Resources has been appointed as contractor for the Kalengwa Processing project by KPZ at a cost of UDS200,000 to be settled through the issuance of new Xtract ordinary shares (“New Shares”) . Hence we await news of the appointment of a CEO manage the project . Like always though I can only recommend buying low and selling high . To time it right is never possible but by spreading your buys it increases chances of timing it right considerably . I put those KPZ shares at around the 0.83 / 0.85p /share mark but there’s conditions for their sale that stops forward selling . As for any other seller well I haven’t seen any just Market Makers trying to shake out novices .

Dragonslayer1 15 Nov 2019

The Vox Market Pod Cast with Justin Waite , 12/11/2019 added another 100k XTR shares today or as most who read my posts would know another trading tranche at 0.971p/share . Yep , never know when the SP is about to bounce hence always buy on the way down and always sell on the way up keeping a long term hold position just to make sure I’m not caught out by any major announcement . That could be a new CEO specifically for copper production in the Kalengwa Processing Project in Zambia . Since Manica is driven by sub contractors such as Sino 2 there’s no need for a CEO to oversee the running of that but Kalengwa is ready for production . When Mr.Jan Nelson was taken on as CEO he was not paid a salary to start with but rewarding in shares when production reached certain benchmarks . It worked well for the company since it drove Mr.Nelson to produce gold in an underground mine that many had failed to make work before him . This approach to developing companies works well hence an announcement of a new CEO with a similar reward structure wouldn’t surprise me . With the ground work already done I’m sure many qualified experienced people would love to fill the gap in management here at Xtract Resources . That said they’d probably want to buy a few shares too at a cheap price before they start so these huge sell trades I’ve seeing reminds me of the day’s before Mr.Jan Nelson took on the impossible task of making Xtract Resources a revenue producing company . Not such an impossible task to make a go of Kalengwa but that just shows how far Xtract Resources has come since almost going bankrupt as an oil / gas explorer . Yep , I know that was before Mr.Colin Bird was put on the board of Xtract Energy and of course TIR bailing out a company that way over stretched but it does highlight what Mr.Bird has done so far .

Dragonslayer1 13 Nov 2019

The Vox Market Pod Cast with Justin Waite , 12/11/2019 Nice Podcast review with Mr.Colin Bird with regards to Xtract Resources . Most noticeable part being the " reinforcement of management team " . Yep , those who remember Mr.Jan Nelsons arrival at XTR would also remember the dip in SP from 0.014p/share to 0.011p/share . On Mr.Jan Nelsons arrival as CEO it turned out Mr.Colin Bird had introduced a production target / shares reward scheme that gave Mr.Jan Nelson a number of share on reaching targets set for him . The Share price quickly rose to 0.017p /share then onto 0.022p /share etc … all the way up to 0.49p/share before warrant shares executed by TIR completely shattered confidence in XTR along with the tragic death of a mine worker , not forgetting a couple of earthquakes too . Alas by then Mr.Colin Bird had the foresight to buy the Manica prospect for Xtract resources leaving South America behind along with Mr. Jan Nelson for Mozambique where Mr.Colin Bird had many inroads into copper mining / gold mining before . Podcast starts at 25 mins in … bottom blue line of link with time shown on right of that line . [link]

Manica Alluvial Gold & Corporate Update ...... today's RNS Just noticed over on London South East ( LSE ) Xtract Resources , bulletin board the one remaining Market Maker who posts there with many user names has insinuated Mr.Colin Bird mislead the share holders by saying , " One observation though - CB’s comments re alluvial income. In the last update, he said the first month was the second best month ever and was reported to say the last month was very good " , When in fact Mr.Colin Bird said to the ( LSE ) poster HawaiifiveO , " The evening was primarily for Jubilee and Colin is not the easiest fellow to pin down, I asked him about the alluvials - he commented that last month was a good month so it does look like they are moving in the right direction " . As we all know last month was October and not included in today Q3 2019 Update but was mentioned in the Highlights section : · Post-period end in October a total of 14.96Kg of mining contractor gold produced with a current gross value of US$699,000 Hence worth noting that this Market Maker is trying to get the share price down but is it to close shorts , fill another 1 million share purchase by Mr.Colin Bird or just forgot he used the wrong username to make novice mistakes and now finds himself in a pickle since the username he usually uses as a novice investor can’t be used . I’m sure it’s worth following MM antics and since there’s only one posting on that bulletin board that knows he’ll be rumbled . A nice smile from me to him , since I got plenty of these but will be adding more …

Manica Alluvial Gold & Corporate Update ...... today's RNS Colin Bird, Executive Chairman said: "The alluvial production at the Manica concession continues to be profitable for the Company and also provides the necessary cash flow whilst we develop the Fairbride Project in Mozambique as well as the Kalengwa Project in Zambia. The alluvials have provided positive cash flow on a monthly basis despite there being volatility in the gold yield, excess overburden removal or a combination of the two. At the same time, we have generally been quite cost efficient with matters under our control, which has assisted to maintain profitability during difficult operational periods. Highlights · Total alluvial mining contractor gold production of 30.92Kg for the quarter (equivalent to approximately 994 ounces) · Total of 8.66Kg (equivalent to approximately 278 ounces) attributable to Explorator (including Nexus under the Collaboration Agreement) · Combined attributable revenue to Explorator from gold sales and other income for the Period amounted to US$467,683 · Post-period end in October a total of 14.96Kg of mining contractor gold produced with a current gross value of US$699,000 Xtract share of Explorator attributable revenue from gold sales (Note 1) US$233,482 Note 1: Under the Collaboration Agreement between Explorator and Nexus Capital Limited (previously Mineral Technologies International Limited, “Nexus”) as previously announced on 20 June 2017, Xtract’s net share of Explorator’s gold revenue and costs was 40%.Under the New Collaboration Agreement, Explorator’s gold revenue and costs increased to 50% Very happy with today’s RNS since the alluvial’s had to be removed to allow the hard rock to be got it . I’d say another fantastic quarter for Sino 2 and of course Mr.Colin Bird and the company Xtract Resources . The other alluvial miner that’s interested in processing alluvials wasn’t mentioned in this RNS making me wonder if another RNS is due with news of the initial entrance fee profits split , etc … to come soon . No mention of the hard rock from Guy fawkes being processed by Omnia at their nearby prospect using their processing plant . Alas the news delivered was appreciated by me since we know what revenue Q3 2019 generated for Xtract Resources along with how much has already been accumulated for first month of Q4 2019 . Not forgetting hard rock at fair brides did get a positive mention too . · Manica hard rock continues to progress and all aspects of operations advancing satisfactorily with long lead items ordered before due date www.ii.co.uk/news/manica-alluvial-gold-corporate-update-rnsLSE20191112110006_14304531

With news due , MM's shaking out traders as per usual Was going to buy a few more when I saw the sp drop a bit today, people are so impatient these days, expecting shares to bag in a week or they sell! Unfortunately I’ve been busy on other things and just got to the computer a couple of minutes too late. Hope the news doesn’t come tomorrow as that will no doubt give me another chance. Good luck.
