315,333,333 shares on the Ask! Anyone got any ideas about that 315,333,333 shares just came onto the ask at 13:50 today?I'm guessing that's something to do with the Hansource shares (333,333,333)?That would be some overhang to clear!Or just a DMA error?

For attention Nora Bone For some unknown reason, I am unable to respond to your post, and you post is "greyed" out?Anyway, hopefully, you have read my latest two posts and that they have answered your questions re being a shareholder; and the last thing I would wish to do is drive down the SP!I don't care a jot about wanting a "pat on the back", but simply wish to share with other investors in this company my concerns and how I have been corresponding with them.As you can see the last couple of emails explain my concerns. I am a retired MD of a financial services company and used to being subject to Regulatory requirements. I also am very used to reading financial statements and my posts arise as a result of a company search to inquire who the BOD was the of the 2nd largest shareholder in WRES, in the event that there was some expertise that may be of use to the BOD of WRES.You can then imagine my surprise to read the situation re H Inv Ltd., and why I have taken the steps I have shared with all on the discussion board. I trust that this clarifies my position and stance re this "unique" situation?

Re: Hansource and SP movement Thanks for that GENG. I hope my latest email will be of interest too!No matter what happens to the SP I shall not be buying any more shares, since I have been in for 12 years and am owed a lot from my 31p purchase price!I always thought that there would be a turnaround at some time, and I am a patient man, but this Hansource issue concerns me! Something does not sit right with me and I wish to get to the bottom of it.

latest email from me re Hansource This is addressed to Justine James - see belowManaging DirectorGable CommunicationsT: +44 (0)20 7193 7463 M: +44 (0)7525 324431Dear Justinethank you for your reply albeit it has taken a while, especially over something that has given me some serious concern.I still do not know /understand how Hansource acquired the shares given that there has never been a filing of any Financials from the time of company formation and being struck off.How can they be shown as 10% shareholders in the 2014 Annual Report FYE 31 Dec when Hansource wasn't incorporated until 16th January 2015?The difference is clearly shown in the AR's of 2013 and 2014 in which year when an issue of 333m shares was made.Balance at 1 January 2013 1,582 (11,837) 12,292 Changes in equity Issue of share capital 505 — 3,783 Total comprehensive income — (253) — Balance at 31 December 2013 2,087 (12,090) 16,075 Changes in equity Issue of share capital 333 — 1,838 Total comprehensive income — (641) — Balance at 31 December 2014 2,420 (12,731) 17,913I would have thought that there would have been an RNS regarding the issue of 10% of the share capital and why! Perhaps you can explain? This continues to niggle at me and as a shareholder I do wish to have an explanation.I look forward to hearing from you in early course.Yours sincerelyPaul Sanderson.

Re: Hansource Hi VandeheideI assume you're a shareholder? if so I'm curious what your end game is with banging the drum on this issue? Either you want more praise for spotting this and it was excellent research btw but I can only assume, for reasons known only to yourself, you're trying to drive SP price down?, if so well played sir.I'm fine with 'the crown' picking up the shares and i have no reason to doubt two well respected advisers saying it's a 'unique' situation.I see it as a storm in a teacup - I want to hear regular progress on La Parilla and Tungsten prices and that's about it - this is a distraction for mgmt at worst and an irrelevance at best. But do keep driving this SP down and hopefully I can pick up more to get my average buy-in below .5p, I noticed the hints in latest video (proactive investor) interviews that MM gave, that the good old efficient Germans maybe getting mining equipment installed ahead of schedule.... GLTA, even you my dear Vandeheide

Re: Hansource and SP movement I reckon it may be worse than that and they have the wrong company name listed as the holder! Nice of them to thank you for pointing it out though(not). The SP bounce didn't happen so looks like its going to drift down to the 200SMA.Good buying/top up opportunity 0.45pish, May even drop to the long term rising trend at 0.40pI'm going to add more over the next few months.

Re: Hansource Hi LarryI also received the same email! The closing paragraph is almost laughable in calling the situation "unique"!I still do not know /understand how Hansource acquired the shares given that there has never been a filing of any Financials from the time of company formation and being struck off.How can they be shown as 10% shareholders in the 2014 Annual Report FYE 31 Dec when the Hansource wasn't incorporated until 16th January 2015.Chew on that Nora!

Hansource Just received this email from a Justin James, Cable Communications (Justine James [[email protected]])Apologies for the delay in replying.I’m sure you have seen the update RNS on Hansource from 3rd May: [link] As I am sure you are aware, the legal and reporting onus is on our significant shareholders to update their holding and status. We have on a regular basis checked with the share register the holding of significant shareholders including Hansource and they have consistently confirmed the their shareholding. We referred the matter to our company Nominated Advisor and also our company secretary, MSP, and they investigated further and clarified the status which was reported in the RNS. Neither Grant Thornton or MSP had seen a strange situation like this before which both described as unique.Any further updates will be announced via RNS.Kind regardsJustineNot sure what to make of it?

Investor Meeting last evening Did anyone get to this meeting last night by any chance? If so, was anything mentioned about Hansource Inv Ltd by Mr Masterman? I would be delighted to know what was said if anything at all!

Nora Bone 08 May 2018

On a lighter note So is the Queen now a 6% owner in this? Is she now on her laptop looking at tungsten prices, finding La Parrilla on google maps and discussing with Philip if this 'pays off' she'll pick up a few more horses for Ascot! I like to think soMore seriously I find it difficult to be angry that a micro-cap company didn't have the resources to run due diligence on a rolling basis on their shareholders, I'd rather they got on with mine building and the shares will be snapped up regardless

vandeheide 04 May 2018

copy email to WRES Hi All please see my email below:-I note that an RNS has been issued in respect of Hansource Investments Ltd, which I presume was as a result of my email to you 30th April? I am extremely surprised that I have not had the courtesy of a reply or even an acknowledgement!I consider this issue re Hansource Investments Limited to be of a very serious nature in the failing of both WRES and it's legal and financial advisors to have identified the position of such a large shareholder. I do expect this matter to be addressed by Mr Mastermans at his presentation 14th May.Please confirm that you have received my email.

vandeheide 04 May 2018

RNS just a thought. Surely WRES should take this issue up with their auditors who have failed in their duty to both the company and shareholders?if the shares are now held by the Crown there is a serious dereliction of duty by WRES and the auditors. If there is a financial impact causing loss to shareholders there may be a case to put a class action together and take on the board and the auditors for failing to act in the best interest of the company and shareholders. Both the company and the auditors will have Directors and Officers Liability Insurance and the Auditors will also have Professional Indemnity insurance. This is no light matter!

vandeheide 04 May 2018

HANSOURCE FARCE Thanks HUB and Larry. FYI I still have had no reply from WRES!This originally came about when I carried out a Company Search on HI Ltd to ascertain who they were, BOD and financials. You can imagine my surprise when I read that the company had never filed the required financials and that the issues share capita was £1, yes one pound!I will wait to read any feedback from those attending, and also if I have the courtesy of a reply from WRES.

Re: Hansource Inv Ltd - more info indeed - very odd.How can the company be struck off in June 2016 and WRES not aware of it? Almost 2 years one... I wonder if any of those shares were used to vote on any resolutions? If so, they should have been voided.HUB

Larry_the_Lock 03 May 2018

Re: Hansource Inv Ltd - more info Was about to post that thanks Hub, still not sure about this, time will tell.
