Why 2019 is an exciting year for W Resources busy month expected on the news front. jig completion 1st crush in the jig expected double of prod with new jig as increased grade. would be good to see these confirmed and the affect in the quarterly numbers once in place. the concentrator completed in this quarter, so maybe too late for quarterly numbers impact, but Q3 should be interesting and Q4, full design of 200k pm and 3m $ revenue. …just La Parilla Then there is the other sites progressing… my fingers are crossed we stay on plan and are forecsting 36+m $ revenues into 2020.

Production Started wow, We are in production and expected to generate early revenues… as we ramp up? hoping we get regular feedback on the progress and not have to wait for post 3m 2019 production numbers! gla

Placing RNS .. Turner Pope WRES… XXXXXX Topped up here 6th June @ 0.465p to early as i see above it fell to 0.42 on 24 July. In hindsight should of topped again as 0.55 today after 12 % rise.

Great News - Price responding, still far away from where is should be I am back up in this share, but it is still far down from where it should be when they paused production. the progress to start of Parilla and other revenue streams looks to be almost there, just need to learn to wait on the good news coming in and being done and hoping that is reflected in the price at that time. A price target is beyond me at this moment…will have to play with some numbers. good luck.

AGM and email update Is anyone going to the AGM? See [link] Also, please see email from me to Justine Greening at Gable Communications and her subsequent response. Dear Justine, I am disappointed that I have not received any further communication from you. Can you please update me as to the situation re HI Ltd and their shareholding in WRES? I see that they have not re-filed as at today’s date. (5th June) I am surprised that there is no mention of this in the Annual Report and Accounts under “20. Events after the reporting period†on page 36. The RNS released 3rd May advises the following:- In the meantime, W Resources understands that the Ordinary Shares are currently deemed bona vacantia and accordingly may be owned by the Crown. Hansource representatives have advised that they expect to be able to achieve reinstatement. The Company will provide a further update in due course. Given that number of shares involved represents in excess of 6% of the shares issue I would expect a comment to have been made under item 20 Notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements. We have now been invited to vote on the adoption of the accounts. I cannot see how the accounts have been presented correctly. If the company statement above is correct how can HI Ltd be shown as a 6.08% shareholder? Also as I have previously expressed concern over the date of HI Ltd company formation being after they were shown to be a Significant Shareholder in the 2014 Annual Report. As you can see, I feel very strongly about what has happened re HI Ltd and if I cannot get a satisfactory answer to the issues I have raised, I will have to consider presenting my concerns to the FCA. I do hope that you can clarify matters asap, so that I may cast my vote. RNS - all reads very positive .. of course, that is future potential, still to be evaluated, costed and paid for.I wait patiently for the main one due towards the end of this year.fingers crossed we hit production start as planned, month 6, 5 months to go.MB
