Requisition of General Meeting - The requisition proposes that shareholders be asked to consider ordinary resolutions to remove all the current directors from the Board (being Charles Tatnall, James Longley and Tim Cottier) and to appoint Nicholas Lee, David Horner and Dr Nigel Burton to the board of the Company.

Sounds like this could be the beginning of the end for Plutus. What a complete cock-up the board have made of this.

Roll on the winter! Still no news and the SP continues to fall back. I'm still highly positive about Plutus, but it's just going to take a lot longer than I originally thought. Will continue to hold though and may even top up.

Re: All too quiet Sector news:[link] who own Wilton (ex ICI site) bought UKPR generation portfolio.Hard to digest the figures, but these portfolios have value and are saleable. That will cheer up Rockpool EIS investors. A

Re: All too quiet that one I can answer. I invest in one of the Rockpool spvs and they have been operating profitably all winter. The reason they don't RNS is that each SPV is financially separated . Plutus has a 45% interest in each once Rockpool investors have been repaid their investments and the asset finance paid off. Each site should then be worth around £2 - 4 million to Plutus. If its £2 million then around £18 million value to PPG ; Double that if £4 million.

Re: All too quiet Hard to understand why there was no news of the pending sites becoming operational, well there has been no positive news since December, I would have though Plutus would, or should have informed us if the Nat Grid had use, or been supplied with power or made any payments if power was used in the past 3 to five months, The other scenario is that sites may have been mothballed till required, if that is the case, then I can't see how investors can recommend a Buy at this present time.

Re: All too quiet I'm patient too but this is really testing my patience. So much seemed about to happen at the turn of the year. Green Frog seem to have announced something very similar to what we are proposing . Is that positive or negative for PPG? Shows funding achievable but have Green Frog beaten us to some prized assets ?

Re: All too quiet Last RNS was 31st Jan and I am very surprised there’s been nothing since. There was so much positive in the RNS, a lot of projects, sites, planning, progress and more and still. Thong in 3 months. I’d expect some news soon, or rather I really hope we get news soon, and I hope it’s good enough to shift the SP upwards after so long at this level. This has been as high as 3.3p with far less in place and was at 2.5p and with no news were jowmlanguishong down at this 1.6p level which is not where we should be now after so much progress. The waiting continues. I’m a patient man......fortunately.

news Sp struggling. No reflection of what is going on behind the scenes. There are a lot of big holders in this company and they are patient .
