Outsourcery (OUT) fully funded to profitability, with the aim of becoming earnings positive on a monthly basisr the company reconfirmed that its is fully funded to profitability, with the aim of becoming earnings positive on a monthly basis by the end of 2015, with an operational positive cash flow in the same time frame.r It said that the funds invested by Encore give it greater options to pursue and accelerate its growth, particularly in the mid-market segment and the enterprise arena.r Cloud services provider Outsourcery PLC said Friday that Encore Capital Group Inc has invested GBP1.0 million in the company through the subscription of 5 million new shares, or a 10.6% interest in its enlarged issued share capital.r The subscription price was 20 pence per share, which Outsourcery said its a 21.2% premium to its closing price of 16.50 pence Thursday. Shares in Outsourcery are trading up 9.1% at 18.00 pence Friday morning.r Outsourcery focuses on the delivery of services based on Microsoft technologies; things like servers and emails. It designs and deploys cloud services for partners, which it then bills monthly based on usage and storage. Others are charged a monthly fee. Contracts are typically for three to seven years.r Interestingly, the company is also working with Microsoft and Dell (DELL) on highly secure cloud services for central government. Linney tells us that Outsourcery is one of only two UK companies capable of doing this on scale.r Broker Investec Securities is a big backer of Outsourcery Buy based on the long term potential of the business," it adds, Outsourcery is way undervalued at 16p and we give a 71p target based on an enterprise value-to-sales ratio of 2.r Cabinet Office details efforts to ensure more accurate searches through the Digital Marketplace, with framework set for official launch later this monthr With the Digital Marketplace offering G-Cloud services from today, the Cabinet Office has outlined a number of changes it has enacted to search functionality within the framework to ensure more relevant results for customers seeking to acquire services.r Originally scheduled to launch at the end of September, the Digital Marketplace, which has been in public alpha since June, is now offering G-Cloud services ahead of an official unveiling of the framework later this month. The framework will be replacing the current Cloudstore service, eventually bringing together G-Cloud and the Digital Services Framework (DSF) into a single procurement tool.r With the system now live, the Cabinet Office said the overall buying process on the Digital Marketplace is expected to be largely identical to the Cloudstore in outlining system requirements.r Yet in order to ensure more relevant searches under the new framework, the Cabinet Office has outlined the following recommendations:r Buyers looking for specific set of terms should use quotes to ensure the exact phrase in returned in search results on the Digital Marketplace, for example "social media management". This search will then return options containing the exact phrase, as opposed to every result containing the three individual words.r Any terms a buyer may wish to exclude from a search term should use an apostrophe around the term they wish to omit, such as writing social media management 'training', if training is not neededr Once a term has been searched, users can then make use of predefined filters in order to further shortlist services such as those offering trial periodsr Users are asked to take a screenshot of their searches and any filters selected, along with notes of service names and IDs used to help inform efforts to ensure a "more sophisticated" search function within the Digital Marketplace in the coming months.r Back in June, the Cabinet Office said it was focused on ensuring improved search functionality within the Digital Marketplace by the time of its scheduled launch to ensure more accurate, faster results. The commitments were announced after the launch of the fifth iteration of the government's G-Cloud framework in May was delayed briefly in order to rectify "a search issue" concerning the addition of new attributes.
