Little bit interested They should cut out the verbage and deliver some good wins to announce.Most recent recent resuots were 3 steps forward, 4 backwards imho.Would like to feel confident enough to invest here but it doesn't look ready yet.Am I wrong?

Read finnCap's note on Imaginatik PLC, out this morning on Research Tree: "Imaginatik is an established and leading provider of enterprise innovation management (EIM) software and complementary consultancy services. The business has an excellent customer base and momentum is positive, with a recent significant contract win. Revenue has grown from £2.9m in FY14 to £3.9m in FY16, while adj. net income has reduced from £-1.3m to £-0.9m. Subject to General Meeting approval, Imaginatik has raised £1.6m to accelerate growth, with forecasts suggesting a profit in FY18..."

Again a large hike in SP today (25%) and no comments? Unfortunately I am still considerably under water on these shares but would welcome any reassurance that they are in recovery.

Was it an Emergency Loan? Well the director concerned banks 10% on his money loaned but it does seem to read like an emergency loan for the company and the market doesn't seem to like it. Seems indicative of short term liquidity problems.Just surprised Quob Park didn't offer up.Own due diligence

Interesting RNS today. Company raises circa £120k due to demand for shares. Chairman and non exec director bag a load which takes their combined stake to 30%.Rob Terry through Quorb stake building. Interesting position building up here. Good luck all if you riding this one.And btw...Daniel Stewart who Terry has also built a stake in....handled the placing of shares here. Mmmm something brewing.
