This stock is going to close in the red if Genel doesnt come out with own payment news today I think, what is the opinion here? This whole situation stinks more by the day with directors retiring and selling holdings!

Hopefully we get this payment confirmation before this stock turns south again! Situation in Turkey doesnt help at the moment! Anybody has confirmation of government salaries being paid already, maybe the IOCs will follow...hopefully haha!

what a surprising price action after all the suffering! Guess some short covering since the oil prices jumped yesterday, also investors will assume some payment news this week I guess.

If XOM has signed a new gas deal, this would be major news for Genel! If one of the majors enters Kurdistan again it can provide extra trust into the region!

the price action is actually pretty scary considering the payments process! All analysts are still optimistic with 21 buy ratings, also of big banks like GS and JPM, average target price 660, why does this share price continue to be so weak???

Unfortunately these PKK fools and related Turkish bombings dont help sentiment on the share, company is still basically in a war zone and every news on deteriorating turkish-kurdish relationships is negative for Genel! Payments are good, but know we need continuity and payments of what is still due, which can only happen if oil price rises! Unfortunately I think it will take a long time for the share to recover. What are other opinions on this?
