Re: Shell to bid? With just under 250K So with a lot of roundingA 2p offer would equal Approx £30m1p = £15m for the loan note1p = £15m for share approx. 12x todays price This would just about get the last round investors there money back. What value to you put on 250,000 customers and brake even model? Nice Bolton though for an exiting energy supplier

Re: Shell to bid? With just under 250K EmeraldI think the company Shell purchased was First Utility.Should any offer be made for Flow I think the first £15m goes to pay the loan note back and shareholders get the rest.

Shell to bid? With just under 250K customers and Shell having bought that other energy supply Co last year (name escapes me) you would have thought that Shell would be looking at Flow group surely! I mean the market cap is only 1.14 million and they say they have just under 250,000 energy supply customers. The sp is so low it's suspicious frankly but occasionally situations like this can reap massive rewards. I've dipped my toe in again but very small buy.All IMHO.

Re: What im I not understanding Yes. So the lender will lend up to £5m, but the market cap in now 1.14m. Does not seem to make sense frankly. Why it's up 14% today??All IMHO.

What im I not understanding market cap £1mCompany is nearly at brake even New shareholder that's financially supporting the company Why is the SP not higher??

Re: It's like someone shouted ABANDON SHIP! unfortunately in my investment career I have seen this many times. About 2 years ago BIOM looked just like this but it seems to be recovering now. Where there is life there is hope and Flow is not dead, yet.

Emerald Carrots 13 Mar 2018

It's like someone shouted ABANDON SHIP! with the share price here frankly. Rarely do you see an sp dive like this one has.

Re: Tony Stiff gone at last Thanks Emerald. Not looking good down another 6% today.Must work out my average, see you looked at solo last week but just left a dot. That's me finished with Primary Bid.. just not lucky for me lol

Re: Tony Stiff gone at last Good luck Ripley94. I think it's well overdone the drop but not buying any more. The Plc needs to react to the massive sp decline.

Emerald Carrots 28 Feb 2018

An RNS saying borrowed money due to seasonal requirements followed by very high gas prices for the last 4 days or so does not explain the massive sp drop for me. Asif panick has set in. The bottom line is they have said they have just under 250,000 energy customers in the UK. I find it hard to believe that this Company is so badly set up that that overall they are NOT making money from those 250,000 or so energy users, even if it is only a small profit. After all new management was installed on 30th November 2017 and surely with their experience they have been re-organising the Company to make it profitable.Hoping for a re-assuring RNS!!!All IMHO.

Cmintball 28 Feb 2018

the board you would think if the directors had faith they would consider doing a bit of buying, with their own money, at these prices.

Re: Tony Stiff gone at last Took another punt @ 0.12 earlier appears to have fallen further since down 32%.0.095 to 0.1 above.
