Re: What happened? Thanks so much, and thanks for being part of the best share and BB there has been for many years.GGo Go Go Go Dragon !!!!OVER AND OUT.

Re: What happened? Gandouge,Thought I'd better reply as this board won't be around for long now the shares have been de-listed. Yes you are correct that ENOC have bought the rest of DGO, some people accepted their initial £7.50 offer before the institutional investors forced them up to £8 before giving up the fight and selling.

Speedo Boy 21 Sep 2015

Re: II Payments Did you accept the first offer and it's this money you've referred to?. I held out to the bitter end so fully expect lots of feet dragging, although I'll obviously have to chase ii up if you've got the £8 money through already.

What happened? Hi EveryoneAs most of you know, i have been a long term holder of DGO.However, as i sold out my entire holding about a year ago, i have not been paying too much attention to the once brilliant BB.Can someone give me the lowdown, on what exactly happened? I'm assuming you have all been bought out by ENOC?Warmest RegardsGGo Go Go Go Dragon !!!!

Re: Payment fao Albrad Yes, maybe I should double-check, but I have already re-invested some of it, and I am researching other options as well. Thanks for your advice Ann

TD Direct payment - they don't know! I enquired on saturday and their corporate action teams latest is they checked on friday and had no date (nor any idea) for when payment will be made! well done to those that sold the shares before action closing date - it may have been a penny or so per share less but at least you would have got most of money in bank ready to use/re-invest.I guess theres no legislation for when payments on buyouts have to be made and its a case of how long is a piece of string?

Re: Payment fao Albrad Who did you query it with, Self trade? In the past I've found that representatives from brokers are often ill-informed, and one employee will tell you one thing, only for it to be contradicted by another!

kooiker 12 Sep 2015

Re: Payment fao Albrad So did I, which is why I queried it, but was told there was no time limit. However I don't intendto test it too far, just in case !

Re: Payment "Mine went onto my Selftrade ISA at lunchtime, and can remain as cash as long as I like while I decide"I thought there were HMRC imposed rules that you can't hold cash in a stocks & shares ISA for any considerable length of time?I always thought it was a stupiid rule. I don't know how many ISA providers monitor this, if any. I've held small amounts of cash in such an ISA and never had any issues. Not sure if the same applies to large amounts.

Re: II Payments I got my payment from Interactive Investor yesterday so I do not know where 4 to 6 weeks comes from.

Speedo Boy 10 Sep 2015

II Payments I've just been told by II that their payment will take 4-6 weeks to be settled in case anyone else was wondering. Don't know for how much longer the discussion board will be around for but I will miss popping in to see the views exchanged.

Re: Payment Mine are (also) with TD (not ISA'd); I messaged them weeks ago asking when this would be paid and they replied that they didn't know and would ask their corporate actions team and let me know - I haven't heard anything since and was going to ask the same question here!
