Re: In since £2.30 "In since £2.30" - Ouch!!I've been watching this for a while, but just can't get comfortable with what a fair price is. Seems reasonable at 184, but then I was tempted at 2.10 just a few weeks ago. I'll watch and wait for now I think.

Re: CWD, Looks technically Very BULLISH.... Good looking divi ... Also share buyback has helped bouy the stock. I sold out slightly lower but feel that the market in London top end has stagnated way more than anyone expected so sitting out for now

CWD, Looks technically Very BULLISH..... Countrywide ST: the RSI is oversold30-12-2015 09:19[link] 388.75 is our pivot point. [link] preference: short term rebound towards 430.25.Alternative scenario: the downside breakout of 388.75 would call for 374.25 and 365.5.Comment: the RSI is below 30. It could either mean that the stock is in a lasting downtrend or just oversold and therefore bound to retrace (look for bullish divergence in this case). The MACD is negative and above its signal line. The configuration is mixed. Moreover, the stock is trading under both its 20 and 50 day MA (respectively at 409.38 and 420.46).Supports and resistances: 448.25 ** 439.25 * 430.25 ** 422 404.1 last 394.75 388.75 ** 374.25 * 365.5 ** --- TRADING CENTRAL is a commentary service specialising in technical analysis. For sales enquiries please call your Reuters account manager or TRADING Central by phone: New York (1) 212 847 2387, London (+44) 203 440 7615, Paris (+33) 1 5528 8040 or Hong Kong +852 2522 3988 or e-mail: [email protected]
