Reasons for no update so far Hopefully I can set the extreme boundaries and the others can add their thoughts. They are so close to confirming a farm-in by a big player that they have delayed the RNS. They are working through tonight and over the weekend to finalise details before informing the markets first thing on Monday morning. They have been reading all the posts on the BBs and the emails they have been sent. After due consideration, they have reached the conclusion that we are all too thick to understand how much progress has been made since the start of the year - so why bother?

Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? No I haven’t had any confirmation that they are intending on issuing the pre-close operational update but I assume that they will based on previous updates. There’s not many trading days left before year end though. As stated before, they previous end of year updates have been issued well before this time. I am hoping that there is an actual update with some positive news, if there wasn’t they probably would’ve just released a bland update and get it over and done with. You’re right its not a mandatory obligation but does seem like its company policy to have an end of year update.

Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? PM Did you get confirmation from anyone involved with company that they are actually intending on issuing a close of year update this year ? I believe it is not a mandatory market reporting obligation ( correct me if I’m wrong please ) I have asked numerous times over the last few weeks and they will not comment at all. I agree , I also think something is brewing . The only reason in my opinion they would not issue their normal close of year update , which they do every year, is if there was a news event imminent which could come any time. If you believe Malcy, there is chat in the city About us and he leads his next years bucket list picks with Chariot at the front. Some won’t pay any credence to that of course. Tbh I don’t know if a non close of year will be seen as a negative ! However god knows with this lot.

Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? Well something seems to be happening - higher volume, odd trades and the pre-close operational update seems held back for some reason. It was posted on 11th December last year, 13th December the year before and 15th December in 2016.

Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? LOL I’m not feeling very enthusiastic at the moment, this should be pretty evident from my posts The operational update will steer my short-term opinion. We’re all pretty annoyed with Chariot, I don’t like seeing tension between private investors. We saw that on LSE, this lasted many years but these personal attacks are pointless as we all want the company to succeed and our investment protected.

Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? Btw precious, I don’t have anything personal against you, I actually like your enthusiasms… I am only messing with you

HelpOthersToo 14 Dec 2019

Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? Nah… I’ll stick around to 1) keep annoying you 2) continue reading Texdrilla’s post about how amazing this share ‘really’ is and 3) see if anyone with legal background can step forward with a valid plan…

preciousmaj 14 Dec 2019

Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? If you don’t have a plan then do one, I hate people who are critical of others instead of looking at themselves.

HelpOthersToo 13 Dec 2019

Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? I don’t have a plan… I never said I had a plan… I am only pointing out that our continuos rant won’t get us anywhere, unless you have hard evidence of wrong doing and can put a case file forward… you can keep emailing and pestering whoever you want, CHAR et al do NOT give a f@ck about private investors… I for one take this share as total loss!

preciousmaj 13 Dec 2019

Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? Forget about what others are doing, what’s your plan?

HelpOthersToo 13 Dec 2019

Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? Unless you have evidence of wrong doing and a good lawyer willing to take your case against CHAR then there is nothing you can do… pestering them won’t do anything!!!

preciousmaj 13 Dec 2019

Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? HelpOthersToo: What I don’t understand is how any of you believe that CHAR could give a rat’s arse about what any of us think or do. HelpOthersToo: do you really think CHAR cares about being accountable to private investors? I don’t understand why you’re using this kind of tone with fellow shareholders. We’re all frustrated and angry but I think you ought to divert that to the company. What is your solution? What do you think private investors ought to do? All we’re doing is trying to get answers, if you disagree with our approach then suggest another one.

preciousmaj 13 Dec 2019

Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? I haven’t had a response from anyone yet but I assume that they will post a Pre-Close Operational Update, they have been doing this every year. I see that BillyRayVal on LSE has had no response to his email of 26th November, mine was only sent this week.

HelpOthersToo 13 Dec 2019

Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? Accountable to who? to private investors? do you really think CHAR cares about being accountable to private investors?

Spitfire 13 Dec 2019

Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? Don’t expect them to give a rats arse, do expect them to be accountable . There is a difference, they should and must be made accountable.
