Exploration Costs Net Book Value US$76m (16p/sh) I wouldn’t say those are achievements. The Moroccan well was used to push the share price up to 20p+ to help bail out the likes of Richard Griffiths and Sprott, you can see the amount of interviews LB was doing late 2017 and early 2018. After they bailed, we had an equity raise at 13p. Even if Chariot succeeded with the well, we only retained 10% equity in the licence. We managed zero cost on this licence, which is the only positive I would take from this. TexDrilla: The reason we have not farmed out Namibia is that no one wanted to pay the price we were asking for. That backfired then didn’t it? TexDrilla: shareprice would have rocketed if… But it didn’t TexDrilla: Given the historic low costs to drill at that time (US$12m net costs for 65%) I very much agreed with the company going forward to drill S-1 without partnering. How can you say that you were happy with drilling alone due to the low drilling cost when we were led to believe that we will not drill unless we partner? Please study the timeline that I have posted carefully. We were led to believe that we will have a tier 1 farmout to cover seismic costs then tier 2 farmout for drilling - was this achieved? Other companies managed to farmout their acreage, who is responsible at Chariot for demanding too much?

Exploration Costs Net Book Value US$76m (16p/sh) preciousmaj: Look at this timeline from early 2016, what have been the achievements since then? We’ve drilled two wells, 10% Morocco JP-1, net drilling costs: free carried (net 77mmbbls) 65% Namibia S-1, net drilling costs US$12m (net 305mmbbls) shareprice would have rocketed if… The reason we have not farmed out Namibia is that no one wanted to pay the price we were asking for. Given the historic low costs to drill at that time (US$12m net costs for 65%) I very much agreed with the company going forward to drill S-1 without partnering. Unfortunately it was a dry well.

Exploration Costs Net Book Value US$76m (16p/sh) We can only recover back costs if the company can farmout, there has been no partnering since March 2016 - why do you think the company has been unable to conclude partnering discussions?

Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? Invested in Chariot almost 2 years ago at 18p just before the placing debackle and failed drill where everyone seemed to know about the placing and the failed drill before the investors. Held on because of the endless Jam tomorrow promises but now I rarely bother to even check the share price. A supposed bird in the hand with the Anchois discovery but again it seems to have come to nothing and I suspect that under the leadership of LB and deal will have a sting in the tail. I think my lack of enthusiasm for this share is mirrored by the lack of enthusiasm in the market place and the reason for this is clear, it’s LB. If this is indeed a real company with real aspirations and with some desire to make a mark on the indistury then its time for change and Larry needs to go.

Question Time - Please Contribute The answer to your last question is undoubtedly yes. (The clue is in the sp which continues to languish). I’ve hung on cos it’s not worth selling at these levels but I’ve no confidence in Larry pulling us out of the mire. Needs new management with solid plans to raise revenue!

Question Time - Please Contribute Where have all of the shareholders who participated in this poll gone? Surely all of them can’t have sold and moved on Please contribue to the new polls about LB by following the below link: Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? Market Discussions The common issue among shareholders is that Larry Bottomley is not the man to lead this company. Please vote in this POLL and also share your opinions on LB. I will see how many votes this generates, if we get to double figures then I intend to forward a link to this post to the person running the show - Adonis POUROULIS. YES he is the right man to lead the company as Chief Executive Officer NO he is not the right man to lead the company as Chief Executive Officer … Only 16 shareholders have voted on the main poll and there’s 8 votes on the second poll, which is pretty poor to be honest. Only a few shareholders have commented too - has everyone lost interest in their shareholding?

Is Larry Bottomley the right man to lead Chariot? PM. Interesting to know how many shares the 16 no voters ( 100%) speak for. Myself I have advised,…6,570,000 shares. I think this is a resounding message to send to AP .
