Fund raising BEM… XXXXX No record of slicing @ 5.45p 16th May 2018 ( Si ) In hindsight was a was a good decision as it fell to 4.65p 15th August 2018 .

Re: Fund raising Yesterday there were sells for 6.5p & 6.6p .which was a down price as city boys already know news.Had a limit sell on from 8 am @ 5.4p ( si ) which had not lifted by 1.15pm , went on sold live for 5.45p.Extra price more then covered dealing cost :- )

Re: Fund raising Not showing under fallers on LSE until 8.22 am.No trades showing on shareview until 8.25 am.Eventually 5.77% spread shown.Apparently buys @ 5.47 & 5.5 at open .Trouble to access this site at first.

Fund raising I read in this that nothing is happening with progress on Kalpak for the foreseeable future as the delays are all wrapped up in local and probably central politics. The last bit sounds like Kurt is putting up a 'for sale' sign. Maybe a buyout is the best option?

More dilution - why can't we have preemption rights FolksOur £41m pre-money company raised £1.5m at 5p, discount of 30% on the traded market price.Would be nice if the Board made this offer to all shareholders, ideally in some tax shelter like EIS.Time to come to an AGM?Thanks A

Re: 67514 Xophe13, I do hope, and think they have good chance, since is taking so long to decide. It looks to me as this is not straight case, to reject application, otherwise it would have been done long time ago. GLA. So far today, according to MoneyAM, zero trades, SELL or BUY.

Re: 67514 Plenty of shares traded yesterday Rog.How long do you think it will be before Gov announce anything? I suppose they have to justify the decision by taking the time to process all of the information. Kallak WILL happen, just a matter of time.

67514 that is the number of shares traded yesterday, very worrying because, if you hold this share and want to sell, you will not be able, because there aren't any buyers out there.
