Aberdeenman 88e … XXXXX This came to my attention after seeing today’s placing .( Over in Australia so not sure of price ) Oddly enough had been discussing DrM with share Maiden a few moments ago. Looks to have nearly doubled since the last placing in September 2109 and it dipped below that a few days after. … 88 Energy Raising Over GBP2.5 Million To Fund Alaska Projects from Alliance News | 24th January 2020 08:53 (Alliance News) - 88 Energy Ltd is raising AUD5 million to fund work in Alaska, the Australian firm said on Friday. The oil & gas firm had said on Wednesday it was planning a capital raise. 88 is placing 238.1 million new shares in the company at a price of AUD0.021 each, raising the AUD5.0 million, or about GBP2.6 million. 88 shares were 3.6% higher on Friday morning at 1.30 pence, but did slip on Wednesday. In Sydney, they closed 7.7% lower at AUD0.024, having been suspended there between Wednesday and when the placing announcement was made in Sydney. The money will be used to fund ongoing work on assets in Alaska. 88 has a 60% stake in the Icewine project on the North Slope, as well as interests on Alaska’s Western Blocks and Yukon Gold. Work currently ongoing includes the upcoming Charlie-1 appraisal well. 88 will also use the funding to pay lease rental payments, pay off interest on debt, and fund new ventures. Managing Director Dave Wall said: "The decision by the board to raise additional funds at this time was for several reasons, namely: unsolicited demand for investment at a premium to the most recent placement in September 2019; and a subsequent incremental increase in the well cost due to high grading of the quality of the evaluation program. “We would like to thank our advisers and shareholders for their continued support as we enter into this critical phase.” The firm raised GBP3.8 million last September, placing shares at the same price as the current placing. 88 Energy - Ultra High Impact Drilling Q1 2020 When you see the news from OSH (Oil Search Limited) - this is another big positive for 88E. The discovery news today from ASX:OSH may be driving some of the 88E buying. Consider…The Torok is viewed as analogous to the Nanushuk discoveries to the northwest (including the Horseshoe discovery), with the Torok and the Nanushuk part of the same depositional system. As such, the Nanushuk and the Torok have the same sediment source and environmental conditions, with the Nanushuk on the shallower shelf edge and the Torok in the deeper channels and fans. The Torok at Charlie-1 is likely to have the same rock properties as the Nanushuk, with a similar porosity, but with lighter oil due to its proximity to the HRZ source rock… Now the news today from OSH is, hit oil pay in the Nanushuk : asx.com.au 44dfwdfy9q4v36.pdf 339.66 KB ,

88 Energy - Ultra High Impact Drilling Q1 2020 Comments from BB32 Just to give my thoughts re comment Additional Details Premier has an option to earn 50% working interest in Area B or C by spending US$15m, if the Charlie-1 (Malguk-1 appraisal) well in Area A is successful It is not for both areas … Dave has played a blinder here, as when we prove oil in A , value of B and C will go up, so PMO can take up cheap option in one or other, will have to renegotiate for both or we can farm out to someone else for hopefully more for either B or C The comments around Yukon and discussions continue with nearby resource owners, I believe is all to do with Jade Energy who have the leases just to the North of Yukon. Alaska Journal – 17 Apr 19 Indy to drill for oil at Point Thomson A small Alaska explorer has plans to drill for oil inside ExxonMobil’s Point Thomson Unit. 50% owner of Jade = Erik Opsted So all good as far as I can see BB32
