Re: Out I am not certain but I thought the Shakeds sold out their last holdings in October. [link] suspect you trade this with CFD's . I have done so in the past but found it too stressful. Good luck.

Re: Out Well done!I suspect I am going to play with 888 long enough to get burned.One thing, I thought Dalia Shaked is still in for 26%? It still shows in the latest financials - have I missed this disposal? Dalia is the one who would push up the price of any bid. If DS has sold out I would have a rethink. Thanks.

Out 888 is now a punt on the US market and link with Caesars and the US has always progressed slower than expected. The founders are now all out and European legislation seems to be increasing. I've held these since they were 50p so have had a good run and may come back in a year when I think the outlook will be clearer.

Re: Back In ...don’t you just know it. As always my little purchase was timed perfectly to hit the top.Well this time I will stay invested, I think. I always had it in mind to add whether they went up or down. I would hope that a new floor is set around 300p. We will see.

Back In Been watching. Think I got this one wrong so bought back in earlier today.I am conscious of my GVC experience where someone warned me off - a long time ago - and just look at GVC's sp now - a multiple of where it was at that time.So maybe I will hang on and see. Anyway, expect the sp to fall now I have re-purchased.

Re: USA Thanks, but 888 was never a long term hold for me - it was always a trading stock. Awoke this morning telling myself to sell. Have been in and out many times and always made a profit. I would feel worse than I do now if it fell back and I hadn’t sold. Doubtless I will be back. Best wishes to you and to all with stronger nerves than me!

Just found this timed at 15:50:US Supreme Court hands down a ruling that sports gambling itself is not a federal crime."Taking into account the fact that all forms of sports gambling were illegal in the great majority of States at the time of PASPA's enactment, the repeal of a state law banning sports gambling not only 'permits' sports gambling but also gives those now free to conduct a sports betting operation the 'right or authority to act".So they can also run Sports Betting sites in some US states now, along with the other online betting companies.I wonder if this will lead to a takeover offer from one of the US casino companies who have been unable to offer online gambling themselves, but after this ruling presumably can. Interesting days.

Re: 43p up to 315p? 888 has confirmed the roll-out of its interstate poker network across Nevada, Delaware and New Jersey in the US. I guess that is why. II have not put it up yet but LSE has a press release with today's date on it.
