Results are overdue Well now we know there was nothing sinister behind the delay and the company seems to be performing broadly as indicated and referred to in previous posts. Some of the terminology seems a little less bullish than 4-6 Months ago but I suspect H2 will be strongly profitable and H1 will prove to be its last half of losses. New auditors have clearly gone to town and nothing material found IF my analysis proves correct then the trading statement that accompanies H1 in a month or so could finally see these take off. The rise in the last week is based on news flow with the shares now being some 35% up on only a few months ago and the rights issue price. I suspect that momentum will continue - though as usual not in a straight line- with these settling in to a new and higher trading range during the remainder of this year

Re: Results are overdue Well it’s been a slow but nice bounce of over 20% ( allowing for the spread) since the trading statement but it will take some time to see if this is the start of an upward trend

Re: Results are overdue I think 7Dig are a sitting duck - not sure as to who would be interested seeing as they are in bed with so many lables etc but they seem extremely cheap to me.

Re: Results are overdue HmmmmTrading statement is encouraging as hoped, but I'm trying to think why the company would need to take an extra 21/2 months to prepare its year end accounts this year? Sure the business is more geographically spread but that can't explain it. There can't be a current issue as otherwise they would have had to include it with their trading statement, but I always get nervous when something is unexplained. Any ideas?

Re: Results are overdue Looking good so far this year.....“Trading in the first quarter ("Q1" matched the company's expectations, with turnover slightly ahead of budget. Altogether, contracts with a lifetime value of £2.3m were agreed in Q1; the impact of these contracts commencing contributed to total licensing revenues for Q1 of £3.6m; this compares with total licensing revenues of £1.6m in Q1 2017.”

Results are overdue I've been waiting for these results which came out around 10/3 last year. Delay could be due to a major issue, or be linked to something exciting. In view of the last trading statement which was bullish, and the fact the CEO has been here for ever, it would be a surprise if something had gone badly wrong, and they would probably have a duty to have informed the market anyway. So when the results come, which can't be far away, I'm hoping they will be consistent with the trading statement and be accompanies by a trading statement covering the period since the year end. Anyone who was able to get shares in the fund raise at 4p had a quick 30% profit though unless they traded out that has now withered away. Anyone frustrated by the lack of meaningful opportunity in that raise has had the opportunity over the last week or so to buy in the market at the same price the institutions bought in at.I re-read the documents and trading statements and I am surprised the market doesn't get the potential here. Everything seems set for the business to be materially and sustainably profitable within 6-12 months and it is well capitalised. Yet the market is still pricing it as if it is odds on to fail. It is certainly high risk and far from certain, but I think the odds are more in favour of it doing reasonably well than failing. With it's operational gearing that should throw up meaningful cash . Also it's market is interesting, competitors are disappearing and critical mass seems imminent.yet still the SP has continued to wither away. This may be a classic value trap but I've topped up this week within a fraction of 4p on a 2 year view.In short I think the SP reflects a lack of confidence as opposed to anything else . IF I am right, then once the imminent results are out, with presumably another confident statement about the start of the current year and what by then will be the remaining 8 months of the year, confidence may build. If the market starts to value this company based on it succeeding the upside seems large. Once it moves in to profit new revenues largely fall to the bottom line. If they aren't global leader in B2B streaming then they must be close. Further consolidation is likely and once (IF?) their profitability is assured and rapidly growing they could be a target. At a market cap of £20m it seems to me that if they deliver on what they have for several years said they expected to- with strong signs that they are moving in the right direction- then this could get to 10p or so in the blink of an eye.Hopefully that will start with the imminent results, but otherwise I would expect it with the interims which usually come out around September. Not for the faint hearted, but the downside from here seems relatively modest and I like the risk/reward profile at this price.

Re: why the fall - Strong Buy Thanks to Kuschall over at LSE for this.....a research note that has been put out by Arden Partners;‘Initiating coverage with a Buy rating and 111% upside‘

Re: why the fall - Strong Buy It's a pity others don't acknowledge the good news with a few Buys Arborman. 7DIG seems to step down on bad news but never rises on the positive!Does anyone else have problems unselecting the 'Sell' title block while posting? All other options are blocked by the option bar.

Re: why the fall There you go Fireball, something VERY positive as requested, the jump in revenue was expected after the acquisition of 24/7 so that won’t set the SP alight, and this next bit is what we really need to focus on... “Losses at Adjusted LBITDA level are expected to be significantly reduced from the previous period and be better than market expectations.”So if all continues on tract we should be profitable by the end of the year, happy days!

Good news at last - STRONG BUY 7digital, the B2B digital music and radio services company, said unaudited revenue for 2017 is expected to be up 52% at £17.3m, well above the £11.3m a year ago.
