unvrkw 26p Thats quite something, thats well into FTSE 250 territory, and all by April end. Im also quite sure the new bank deal when its done, and im sure its not done yet, will be a fair deal for the banks and maybe not for PF., I have strong feelings that the news will all come at once, and this I am guessing is to get the best deal requires for PFD to have sold 200m + of assets (not yet done) Should the SP fall from 11.25 down to 10p I will sell out of another stock to get back in here! Well I guess we just wait, I still remain unsure that refinancing (unless its a brill deal) will effect the SP by so much. Hope im very wrong. |

rif I would not believe the finance is in the current price. It's half way between admin and a finance deal and that's because we are in this exact position. I would expect a move up if the finance is a good deal. If it only gets confirmed then maybe no too much. A new deal and a good rate and we will see a rise. Mr Clarke obviously will try and package anything well, banks are under pressure to help even businesses the size of premier and we have now had several articles highlighting several more sell offs so obviously something on this front is also coming. New debt deal, average and improving results and declared more sell offs, going with the 26 pence by April. |

Broker Note Worth noting that four brokers ( BNP Parabas, Panmure Gordon SG Secs, Share Capital) have had PFD as a Sell since start of year and one(Charles Stanley) have had PFD as a Hold.Do not know if their positions have been revised recently but seems Investec have merely joined the club. What has changed? Am I missing something blindingly obvious? Some bad news seeped out? To-day's fall not exceptional in the recent history of this share price.C contrasena |

Today Just got home... As i thought the VWAP was 11.67 so in all fairness the sp should have finished up at 11.75, but it was played by the mm's today... BarX has it as 11.00 as there is a 40k block @ 11.00 still left on. Seen this pattern before, IMHO it's a classic end of play bear raid, most of the sellls at the end of the day are AT (stop loss sells) Last time i saw it here was the friday before we left the 6p range behind... If we don't get good news and gap up tomorrow expect big buy(s) again in the morning, as i have said a couple of times today someone bought 1.35 million @ full ask (11.75) at around 9:50ish and thats no pi and certainly not bought on a whim! |

What price Given the lack of news and the sudden jump in value of the SP during our wonderful recent 4 week period, have we thought about the fact that this new 11p regular level already has the refinacing price built in? I mean when we get RNS confirmation, will we see a just a 5% rise in SP? Or could we see even a fall? I think we wont get news for another 5 weeks yet, there are no dates, there is nothing! So with RNS, where is this going to go? |

Actually It was a strange day. There seemed to be practically all buys all day aside from the last hour or so. However, the SP was showing red the whole day. IMO the MMs have been trying to scare people into selling. |

Sells Is the flurry of sells due to the broker news in your opinion? Quite a few buys at 11.50 at close of play though. |

harperlee 11.25-11.5 but the sp only touched 11.25 in the closing seconds and they have the cheek to make the UT got through at 11.25! |

Trading in an information balck hole is unacceptable for a public company. I contributed to the rights issue. Tell me the results, tell me if the advertising is creating an upswing in sales, tell me Clarkes holding. Then I can make an informed decision and either stay here or go elsewhere. At the moment there is some serious game playing going on and it is startin g to annoy me. |

denzel0 Tips for new business more than 20 brokers kep DXONS strong buy with a target of 35p last year and it gone to 9p, just one example. Sometimes they issue a statement at the exact moment when they know there is a demand for a share and it will go up to shake the pi(s), as today the case of pfd share. Sometimes they leave the cover of a share becuase they see no big market in it, while no more than 2 brokers take over the coverage of that share such as JJB. |

MMs I thought the mm would average today at 11.75 looking at the trades, they are on the make again. All it takes is a good RNS to bet them ! |
