Final results Increased expenses, increased losses, failure to increase feedstock collection rate, but management remain confident. Oh, and thanks to you investors for your support and loyalty The usual disappointment from a disappointing management team that is taking this company in a downward spiral from which it is unlikely to recover. Share price down >13% so far. Time to get out…something I should have done years ago.

Pre close trading update Here we are, a year on and another disappointing trading update with SP predictably driven lower at open. These statements are repeatedly filled with hot air and promise that lead nowhere. I can’t see this company ever making meaningful progress.

Placing and consolidation Yes, disappointing for all concerned but the company remains upbeat. Maybe 0.6 is a good place to start again. Cut your losses, average down? Things seem to be looking up at the US facility. No point going for open offer unless you are a really loyal follower who wants to give your hard earned directly to the company instead of to some anonymous seller via the mms. Pity really, HYR could do with the cash. TP

Placing and consolidation The share price has now crashed well below the offer price, presently 0.6p vs 0.75p. Why would anyone buy at the higher price? Looks like I am not the only unbeliever out there when it comes to the HYR management promises. Would it be too cynical to suggest that the cash grab is a last ditch effort to provide a means to repay Andrew Black before the company fails altogether? As a long term holder showing an almost total loss of value, it would be an understatement to say I am hugely disappointed with the lack of progress made with what should have been a worthwhile company.

Placing and consolidation Firstly I was aghast at the near 40% hit to the share price when I checked it this morning, as such a change is usully associated with some disaster befalling a company. Another fire, perhaps? But no, it’s a money grab from anyone prepared to believe the constant drip of promise of jam tomorrow from this management group. We have been told for years now that the company will be moving into profit, soon. It hasn’t happened yet. Despite this, they are proposing to pay a dividend next year. Until they have actually made consisent and sustainable profit they cannot pay a dividend. With the payback to Andrew Black of £4.5M in new shares, won’t that put his holding above 30% and into mandatory offer territory? Lord Moynohan commented: “Our target is now an ambitious growth story of profitability”. They should have been making good on this promise for the last several years, but instead have managed a spectacular collapse in shareholder value. Why should I belive they will do any better by taking more of my cash? Callun

Placing and consolidation Placing at 0.75 (old money) and 100/1 consolidation. Sp has reacted accordingly but interestingly not down to placing price, yet! (0.8ish). Possibility of divi post 2019. Funds put to developing Canton, paying Andrew Black, working capital, etc. And open offer at same price but allowance to qualifying shs not specified. Positive development ? Your call! TP Had a little top up including rounding up

Half year report Huge progress in this half following increased feedstock availability and increased plant usage. Sp will probably not move much due to the numbers not being earth shattering. (Ie. Down!) but the future is looking brighter after a dire couple of years. It’s a “BUY” for me TP

business on the turnaround Definitely on the up trend today (currently+9%), I enjoy not seen any news to warrant this sudden rise (not to say there isn’t any ‘cos this site doesn’t do news anymore! (() But after the recent decline in sp over recent weeks it’s good to have an up day. )) TP

Annual report posted On website, link in RNS. Makes interesting reading. Still not very clear on how they are going to increase feedstock. TP

Andrew Black Change of broke for his HYR shares which are now held as security against a revolving credit facility. Is he borrowing to lend to HYR at a better rate ? Nice work if you can get it. TP

Results As expected but I found this...“ Recently all six processing "trains" in Canton have been operating - the first time, save for a few days in January, since August 2017 - due to improved feedstock supply driving utilisation” The only mention of improved feedstock supply in the report and not quantified. As this has been the major sticking point (apart from Black’s financial control ) you could be forgiven for thinking they might have made a bit of a fanfare about this rather than just saying it very quietly.I’m going to quietly take a little top up !No blue flag “BUY” till I’ve done it )TP

Change of adviser HYR announces the appointment of Arden Partners plc as nominated adviser and broker to the Group with immediate effect.Anyone have any thoughts on why they consider a change necessary? Was the previous adviser (presumably Cannacord Genuity) giving unpalatable advice? Is there something afoot to raise new funds? Is this a positive step for the business, and why?It would be useful if the company were to give a reason for this decision, or did I miss that?Callun

Re: Q1 Hi TP, maybe its too much to hope others might follow up - I don't have any feedback from any banks."I've done some research and here is my bit ..... "..."would be great if someone else now picked up the baton and became an active shareholder."My point wasn't about how big the profits should be (obviously the bigger the better). My point is that even at low production volumes (maybe 35%), HYR still seem to be cash positive (working capital etc) and my hope is that these low volumes could be even lower to help in difficult times. I'm very confused as to why this has been a problem for so long without management resolving it.As always, recommend you DYOR,FT
