In reality even the so called experts dont really understand how to value them either however on that note if you read the accounts of Caza their assets alone are worth in the region of 25p. This takeover talk is simply rubbish. San Jacinto, if sold, will enhance cash in the bank for caza and they will be cash rich to enhace their other assets.I primarily have a distinct feeling that the new exploration director has had a large hand in this unexpected sell off of San Jacinto, especially as they are proven undeveloped fields which in laymens terms should mean easy extraction and cash generation however I have a hunch he sees greater value in the bone springs oil plays. Remember he has a vast knowledge with Sanchez oil & gas and has an impressive record of 25 discoveries from 30 wells DelBoyTrading

I've held here since 57p SP in Feb 2011 and I've averaged down to a current 23p. From one of spikey's posts....."Caza Oil & Gas (LON:CAZA) jumped another 8% to 14p during early trade, on 3 times the average daily volume. The shares have been running since the company put its San Jacinto property up for sale on the 16th of February. Today's move has taken out the resistance at 13p, and the next level to watch for here is major resistance at 15p.Read more: [link] we are sat bang on the resistance line. Is this positive or negative? I have no idea as we have neither broken or dropped below. Any chartists care to advise.My take is it will drop slightly on no news tomorrow but I am hopeful of a £1 takeover.
